I am not one to write reviews all that often but this did something pretty incredible for me. Now everyone is a their own unique cocktail so I am not saying it will do the same for you, but this greatly improved my ability to focus and helped with my daily fatigue. I honestly haven't felt this good in years and no I am not just saying that. I think something in here is just what I needed. Maybe I was chronically deficient in something? Idk. Regardless I am not complaining. Downside is that it TASTES TERRIBLE, but the effect and quality of life improvement drown out that issue for me. I would give this a 10 out of 5 if I could. My only fear is that the great effects will taper off. I hope that's not the case, but for now, I am so insanely happy. Seriously thank you.

👍Love the ingredients and potential it holds for convenience but the Supps sink‼️ Over the past year of ordering the LONGEVITY mix it hasn’t improved 👎EVERY bag/batch is the same disappointing non-dissolvable consistency with granulated supplements falling to the bottom of the glass (& bag) creating dosage issues‼️👎 💚Like Bryan J we love not swallowing handfuls of capsulated/tableted supplements & would rather utilize a drink mix such as this but this mix is a hassle to utilize as it’s ingredients are not powderized enough to be W🤑RTH it. 👉👉 It does not mix IN WATER or juice AT ALL🫢. A smoothie matrix maybe more suitable but that defeats the purpose for us. 😟💔The nutrients we wish to derive from LONGEVITY fall to the bottom of the glass as they are more like crushed tablet consistency not actual powder. These granular chucks WON’T dissolve even when left for 30 min at room temperature in room temperature water to soak & then put in a blender for over a minute👎🙄💩. So if you plan on buying this know that it takes multiple rounds of rapid stirring followed by immediate swallowing, refilling the glass and repeating this 3-4x to get all of the granulated supplements off of the bottom of a glass cup -unless you do the backwash method😄 which looks gross but it’s rather effective to get all the sedimentary, crumbly supplement bits off the bottom but then you’ll still have to crunch them in your teeth or chase them with another swallow of fresh water. 🙄🙄🙄 At this rate I would rather take longevity in💊 supplement form

I ordered this product because it contains five supplements that I take on a daily basis in the same quantities. The taste is not amazing but not terrible and it is extremely easy to mix and take. If you have no issues with it, it is a great mix and dosage of supplements. However, I had digestive issues directly related to the product. I stop taking it for five days to see if that was the issue (problems subsided) and started taking it again (problems came back). Haven’t seen much on digestive problems with it so leaving this comment as a record.
