Good Quality Product
Good quality supplement and works well. Remember to consume plenty of fluids after you've taken it because it absorbs a lot. These capsules are large and a bit difficult for me to swallow, but it is very good quality. It took about 30 days for me to really start noticing a difference. After 90 days, the difference it makes is readily apparent.

I don't really know that this product works. It doesn't seem to have caused any harm. It does not have a taste. It's easy to take. However, I haven't really seen any difference since I have been taking it.
