Great, does the job

Works as expected

Broken within 4 months - adapter no longer recognised and the usb-c connector has just decided to stop working. Used it well for 4 months, no change to setup at all but has decided not to work today. HDMIs work individually but the splitter has quit. Longevity is poor.

This DP to double hdmi works well but only if connected with an additional cable for power (type-c, included; unfortunately, this adds to the cable mess. In terms of function, though, great but remember Mac only allows for expanding to one monitor.

I often need to give presentations from my laptop but it doesn’t have an HDMI port. This adaptor has two HDMI ports and plugs into my laptop’s USB C port.. They’re rated as 4k (no frequency specified) but I only have HDMI monitors to test it. It works fine with a pair of HD (1920x1080) monitors. One big omission, which has led me to only rate it two stars, is that lack of a USB C power pass through port, so I can’t charge the laptop while I’m using the adaptor.

Easy to connect, does what I need it to do for a third monitor.

This was exactly what I needed without having to spend $50+. Now I'm able to have 3 monitors hooked up to my laptop at my desk.

Doesn't work at all

I have two 32" monitors at my desk. I tried connecting the USB-C end to my laptop and then the two HDMI cables, one from each monitor, into this adapter. Initially both monitors displayed the same image as on my laptop screen. So it worked to duplicate the display. I then tried using the Windows display manager to extend the displays. This appears to have worked properly also. So everything worked as expected, and as claimed by this product. I am not a gamer, so the supposed 60Hz refresh rate did not impact me. Watching youtube videos was more than clear, and as good as a direction connection with the HDMI cables. The great part about this adapter is it requires no special software. Just plug and play. RECOMMENDED, especially for use with newer laptops that only have USB-C connectors on them.
