Upon touching them, they had a sensation that was wonderfully cushiony, which promised to provide quick relief for my tired feet. The transparent hue was able to fit in well with my shoes, which ensured that the remedy to my heel problems would be unnoticeable. I was able to quickly see a change in my stride once I had slipped them into my shoes. Previously, the shock that had been reverberating through my heels with each stride was absorbed by the gel inserts, which created a lovely cushioning effect. In sharp contrast to the abrupt discomfort that I had become used to, it seemed like I was walking on clouds. Without the typical aching that would crawl up my Achilles tendon or the severe aches that would come from heel spurs, I discovered that I was able to stand and walk for longer amounts of time as the days went by. A significant amount of pressure was successfully diffused by the gel inserts, which provided support and relaxation in the areas where I needed it the most.

I ordered one pair to see how they fit and if they helped my Achilles tendinitis. They were PERFECT! I have now ordered 3 more pairs for the shoes I wear the most. These were definitely better than some of the other heel pads I have used. They don't slip around and fit all my shoes very well. I wear a women's size 10 so I purchased a size large.

The original cushion pads on a pair of my heels had been extremely warn and was starting to peel off of the back of the shoe. I did not want to buy a new pair of shoes because I really like this pair, so I tried using black sports tape to hold the previous cushion down. This lasted for a little bit but quickly became uncomfortable to wear and the tape started wearing and coming off pretty quickly. I decided to buy these heel cushions in hopes that I would be able to salvage my shoes. After removing and cleaning the sports tape and old cushion from the shoe, I was able to use these heel cushions that stick directly onto the old surface. Since there is an adhesive, the cushions don't move around at all when I walk. They are super comfortable and they make me feel like I am not wearing heels at all because of how squishy they are. Along with that, because they are a translucent, clear color, they are not noticeable much at all when looking at the shoe from the side. For reference, the shoes that I used them on are more of a buckle-type heel, not one that has a full back to them. Overall, really love these cushions and they prevented me from having to spend more on a full new pair of shoes!

These heel cushions work well in many of my shoes, specifically my work shoes when a full insert won't work. I had heel pain and these provided the relief I needed and kept me from limping all day. I even use them in my sandals. Because they are clear, they aren't as noticeable. Only downside is they are a bit "slippy" without socks or hosiery. I've bought these twice. Probably would but again, as they are handy. (Or should I say "footy?"

I have been having really severe Achilles tendonitis. I tried wearing a brace, but it really didn't help. My ortho told me to wear heel lifts in my shoes. These ones lift up my heel just a bit, and they're VERY comfortable under my heel. (When my Achilles tendonitis gets really bad, I can feel a stabbing pain in the bottom of my heel. These lifts help cushion that spot.) The lifts also stay in place really well. I'd definitely get these again. I wear a US womens 9.5 wide shoe, for reference.

I threw these away. They slide so much in the shoes that they were quite uncomfortable.

These work well for slight cushioning. I needed a spongy effect which these do not provide. There’s nothing wrong with these. They just did suit my need.

This is the second pair I ordered. They are truly comfortable and help relieve heel pain. I used the first one to a trip which involved lots of walking and honestly my feet didn’t feel any discomfort. They are functional and at good value for the money. Highly recommended.
