To be honest, I’ve already discontinued using it. I don’t like how my face feels going to bed with multiple products slathered all over, and the results didn’t warrant me tolerating being all gunked up in bed. I’m a CPAP wearer, and this mask (along with moisturiser underneath it) just seemed to loosen the seal of my mask on my face. For it to work properly, the silicon of my CPAP mask needs to be able to create an airtight seal on my face, and wearing moisturiser, then this mask, is not conducive to that. I can’t say that i noticed any appreciable difference for the few nights i tried it, other than me being irritated by my CPAP mask not gripping properly.
