Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 1TB, Alpine Green - GSM Carriers (Renewed)

I wasn't really gonna write a review on this but I have to! I am amazed at how I got my phone in the condition it came in . it said excellent condition , and it really is . I am really picky with my electronics , always wanting them to look perfect , no scratches or bumps . and this did not fail me. no scratches at all on the screen and maybe some small ones in the back that you really had to look for but with a case on its not an issue. cameras were also not scratched and everything works, from the cameras , to the speakers and the whole software of the phone is good and up to date. the only flaw, was how it had 88% battery life. on the description it says that having up to 80% will still land it on excellent condition , so I can't knock a point because I knew, and getting a new battery will be about 90$ according to apple. I did talk to one of my buddies that works on phones and said he doesn't recommend me to replace the battery as it still is healthy. and I have been using it for a week and it really doesn't need one. I had an iPhone 12 and I used it almost every day at work playing videos on the background , and it would last me about 7-8 hours and then id have to charge it considering my work days are 10 hours. with this phone , I literally come out of work with about 40-65% battery still. all it all , this is great , it was one of the best prices I could find for a used iPhone 13 Pro Max and im am actually really satisfied with my purchase . I also stayed with the 13 instead of the newer ones because it has a SIM card tray still and because it does not have the dynamic island that the new ones have as I think it takes up more screen when watching videos compared to the small notch on the 13. I wish it did have the stabilizing camera feature for when I walk my dog and want to take stable videos , but I don't mind that . this phone when it came out was beloved by every one and I think its still a great buy for 2024.

Let me start off by saying the shipper (fed ex) made getting this phone an actual nightmare. BUT once I got it I was very happy to see they had replaced the battery. Fresh battery, factory reset, and unlocked. It came with a charger, as well as a simple case A few very minimal scratches in the body which should be expected with a used phone. Customer service was very kind and professional even when I was very frustrated with the shipper. I would buy again. And I’d recommend you do too.

Received the phone and all appeared okay despite non-authentic Apple parts being used to refurbish the unit (the screen in particular). I know the parts are non-authentic because the phone produced numerous messages/warnings stating so. It worked okay for the first couple weeks and then the screen would just start randomly acting up where it would just be a pixelated mess. With a little finagling and a restart it was fine so I dealt with it. Now, after 6 months of use new problems are popping up in addition to the screen acting up more frequently. The phone will randomly call my favorites in my contact list unless I have it on do not disturb. Apps constantly have to restart. I’ve been locked out twice because the phone would try to unlock unprompted while in my pocket. Etc. Long story short, I highly regret buying this phone. I’ve bought four refurbished phones before that gave me zero issues, but this one has been a nightmare. The seller not using genuine Apple parts to refurbish the phones should have been clearly stated in the description. I will not buy again from this seller.

Phone arrived on time no scratches everything works phone battery health is at 84% which was disappointing but really is a great phone

I can’t tell the difference between this phone and my 13 pro that I “bought” for free from my service provider except you don’t get wired earbuds which I don’t use anyway. Battery life, screen and lens glass are perfect and transfer was nearly automatic when placed next to my old phone. Didn’t even have to put in a SIM or call my provider, everything f just worked! I don’t often review but this product saved me about $400 using a new phone from provider. After I get my trade in total cost will have been about $330 all in plus $20 for a new case.

BEAUTIFUL COLOR LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PHONE THE COMPANY WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND YOU CAN GET A MOVILE WARRANTY ON THE WEBSITE IF YOU DONT TRUST IT MIGHT BREAK DOWN LIKE IT FEARED SO INSTEAD OF A 3 YEAR WARRENTY I PAY $7.58 MONTHLY ! IF ANYTHING HAPPENS YOU PAY A SMALL COPAY AND YOU CAN TAKE IT ANYWHERE TO BE FIXED!!!!CALL THEM AND SPEAK TO THEM FOR ALL DETAILS YOU WILL NEED A PIECE OF PAPER TO WRITE DOWN INFORMATION/ TRUST ME SO WORTH IT⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️IN FEBUARY 2027 IAM BUYING THE 16 or17 PROMAX PROBABLY FROM SAME SELLER OR DIFFERENT SELLER!!!!! Bought it some days ago and couldn't be happier. In the past, I had iPhone 8+ (great phone), then iPhone X (the worst iPhone out there - overheating like hell), now this one. It arrived super quickly (Canadian express post - thank you so much, dear seller, you're the best!!). In the package there was a wall charger and a cable. Headphones not included, but no harm at all, coz I do not need them. The phone is just like from an Apple store - no scratches, no marks of previous using, absolutely nothing. Battery life is on 95%, which is spectacular. The phone itself is very nice, ultra smooth, slightly heavier than its predecessors, but it does not matter at all (at least to me personally). 1 TB of storage is amazing, for the price it is a must buy!! Highly recommend!!

El equipo venía en una caja genérica, con su cargador y cable, en estado excelente, con algunos mínimos detalles de uso. (Rayones) imperceptible a la vista, salvo por los reflejos al fijarse detenidamente en pantalla y cuerpo del movil. Es renovado por lo que su estética es merecedora de un 90. La batería tiene un 85% de vida útil. Por lo que tal ves sea cuestion de tiempo que se degrade mas rápido. El teléfono funciona a la perfeccion y no ha tenido fallos. Fue una buena compra y, al parecer es satisfactorio el equipo.

Hola. Ha pasado 1 año desde que lo compré. El dispositivo llegó excelente, y nunca he tenido problemas. La batería ya empieza a sufrir un poco, pero igual que todos los iPhone, aún le dura unas 8 hrs.
