Worst product ever bought from Amazon. I bought 2 of these phones, the 2nd one was for my brother but he lost it 2 weeks ago and he was complaining about battery problems before the lost. I opened mine this week, the phone doesn’t respond to calls, I have to screams to top of my lungs for the person at the other end can hear me, it takes 10+ minutes to receive a text message, it super slow to touch and press button, i can keep going, I wasted a $100 for this nonsense. So unhappy with this purchase.

It's incredible how it comes with all its accessories, everything necessary for great use, it's beautiful, it has an incredible operating system, it's economical, it works perfectly, it has everything, it's truly great, I recommend it 100%.

Phone looks and display is good. However the touch is not very good, it takes long to respond. The battery also gets very hot once phone in use and doesn’t stay long. It’s not the best quality but I guess for the price no great expectations.

MetroPCS has now $25 fee if you bring an outside phone and and they have to figure out where whether it works on their Network. So for the cost of the phone plus the fees plus the activation I could get a new one from Metro at the same price. I'm sure the phone will work well but I'm not that technically savvy.

This has to be the most awful phone I have purchased. I recommend do not buy this phone. First, went with T Mobile since said in descr phone is compatible w T Mobile. After hrs talking with TM tech support, barely any internet access, no hotspot..per TM phone is only partially compatible. Battery gets dangerously hot, have to keep turning off. Uses battery chg rapidly, no battery life. Chg port is at top of phone next to camera, other option buttons are not in usual places. Phone is a nightmare.

Nice color, light weight for my daughter and was easy to assemble. This is a great starter phone with a good price for anyone.
