This has a lot of the pills I like to take. All in one pill. Strength, hair growth, hydration and energy without any smell whatsoever. Easy to swallow and no bad side effects.

My nails were extremely brittle, from tips to acrylic powder. Washing dishes or bathing caused them to peel and weaken. It was so bad I couldn’t open things using my nails After starting this product, I took one capsule a day. By the second week, I noticed my nails were growing. Not only were they growing, but they weren’t paper-thin anymore and were much stronger. My nails became more durable, and I could open a can or tap on a table without worry. They’re easy to swallow as well. bought a second bottle to continue the results. I’ll come back and leave another comment if I see growth in my hair. If you have fragile nails like mine, this product might be worth trying.

I am going on 74 and I have been taking this for about 10 weeks and the results are awesome! My hair is thicker and fuller, my nails are stronger and my skin is looking so much more youthful! I was in denial at first, but the results speak for themselves! I wish I'd taken photos prior to taking these supplements for a before and after, that's how skeptical I was. Now that I'm in my mid 30's, things, like my skin, start changing unfortunately. My forehead had more folds and felt loose, the sides of my face felt droopy and overall just looked dull. I kept seeing ads from *insert popular social media app here* for these kind of supplements and figured what do I have to lose? Except a few extra bucks. That's why I decided to go with this brand that was slightly more affordable than the one being preached. I began taking them about a week ago and just two days later, I went to play with my droopy cheeks only to realize they didn't feel as droopy as before. I was taken aback, but didn't think much of it and thought I was imagining it. As of yesterday, I REALLY felt and saw a difference! The skin on my forehead looked and felt better than a week ago! Still have folds, but not as bad. And for the record, I'm not currently doing any type of skin care (but I should get back into it for even better results!) I'm happy these supplements include biotin since my hair is another issue, too. And all the other included extracts is an awesome plus. And you only have to take JUST ONE PILL A DAY. Big plus, plus! Overall, very happy with the results so far. It really feels like years were taken off my face 🥹 I'll update this review if anything changes later on.

In 1 week, I can see a difference in my skin. Also the Hyl. Acid is so good for joints. I have interstitial cystitis and unfortunately, I am finding that the Vitamin C and Black Pepper is causing it to flare up. I will have to discontinue the use of this supplement and look for something with just Collagen, biotin, Keratin and H.Acid. I REALLY love this product otherwise. Easy to swallow, no after taste.

I usually am not one to post a review on a product. Actually, I can’t remember the last time I did. However, this needs to be talked about. My hair has always been super fine and thin. It’s always been medium length but you could see my ears poking out, it was so baby fine. Literally 2 to 3 days after I started taking these, my hair started feeling thicker and after 5 days, people started to notice it looking fuller. I didn’t do anything different except begin taking those vitamins. My aunt even told me this morning “I can’t believe how much fuller your hair looks” and had me send her the link to these. I’m 22 and have tried as many things as i could to thicken my hair. Until i bought these, i thought i was going to have to get extensions to make my hair feel and look fuller. Anyways, these worked really well and id say they’re definitely worth it. now buying them for my whole family for christmas. totally worth the money just get them.
