This stuff is amazing !! You will see a difference in your hair skin and nails in a couple weeks. I noticed my skin the first week was softer and more dewy. Love, love, love!! My hair has bumped up in the growth factor, I believe because of this! It does not have any taste and mixes so easy into my morning coffee. Comes with a scoop so you know how much to use. This is my go-to marine collagen product, and it's super disappointing when it's out of stock. It's completely tasteless when mixed into my daily coffee and it dissolves super fast. I started using it to see if it would improve hair growth, but it's too soon to tell, since I've only been using it for a month and a half. However, I'm happy to report that my skin feels a lot softer and smoother, and I'm no longer getting random dry patches on my face. I've also seen a reduction in joint pain, particularly in my problem spots, knees and ankles.
