I was pleasantly surprised that these are smaller than most other fish oil supplements I’ve tried. When you open the bottle they do have a strong fish smell so I was scared I would be burping up fish all day, but for some reason these don’t do that! I’m not sure how but I’m happy about it. My son tried them and now requests them instead of other fish oils.

I’ve been taking fish oil for years, and this one stands out in a few good ways. The first thing I noticed was the size, the softgels are smaller than most, which makes them really easy to swallow. That’s a big plus for me, especially compared to some of the large fish oil capsules out there that feel like you’re taking horse pills... There is a light fishy smell when you first open the bottle, but that’s expected with real fish oil. The good part is that once you take them, there's no lingering aftertaste or fish burps at all, which is something I’ve definitely experienced with other brands. These go down easy and don’t come back to remind you later (I hate fish oil burps).. The formula is a bit different than usual, since it’s made with herring caviar extract and contains what they call specialized pro-resolving mediators. I’m not a scientist, but I’ve read that SPMs help with inflammation and recovery. That’s part of why I wanted to give these a try, anything that supports joint comfort and general wellness is worth testing out in my routine... Price-wise, what can I say... it’s definitely on the higher end, but it also feels like a more refined product. You’re paying for quality ingredients here, and I think that matters with supplements. It’s hard to measure long-term effects right away, but I’ve felt good taking it and plan to stick with it for now. I’d rather spend a little more for something that’s clean and well-sourced than take a chance on something cheaper with questionable origin... Mercury build up with all these sick fish sourced from oceans and then not 3rd party tested is a real issue nowadays, I like brands like this one with a good reputation. So about that, I did research them and they are clean and legit, good source. Overall, this one checks the right boxes, smooth to take, no weird side effects, and a smart formula that seems designed with care. Time will tell on deeper results, but I’m happy with it so far. 👌

i've taken fish oil for years, per me then per my doctor, we all should be taking it really. it's good for your heart, your skin, your health in general! seriously, even kids or teens should take it. in my opinion that is. i like the different formulation that what i was generally taking before fish oil wise. i don't have any pain issues that i need it to address, i didn't know fish oil DID address pain issues? oh wait, my lower back, my entire back really; from stress knots, that hurts. hasn't felt better since taking this sadly. it smells fishy, but the taste is okay. quality seems good & function too. i think it's really pricey for a fish oil, caviar or no caviar, it's HIGH! it's out of stock now, but i think i recall that it was around $60 ish & that's a LOT!! for that price, there should be gold in it too. or a motorcycle. haha. jk. :)

Well folks... You've seen the multiple review pictures, and you've heard that they are quite a bit smaller than most fish oil capsules (👍🏼)... Making it Much much easier to put these in the little daily supplement pill box stacks also. But it Makes ya Wonder if less oil is better because it's sourced differently. 🤷🏼‍♀️ None of the normal bigger fish oil capsules say they come from bad sources (in fact I think they all claim some cool source that makes you think of boating crews out on the great ocean when you read the bottles). Time will tell if these are significantly more effective. Wish I could do a 4D video so you could experience the smell... it's all goodness! I do think they are overpriced... Only saying that because, I can go buy several bigger pill box stackers at Dollar Tree and do much higher milligram fish oil capsules and out in the krill capsules too for the cost difference, with quite a bit left over. I understand a couple of their sources for the fish oil are unique, and that's cool... I'm very happy to have and use them! I am willing to pay for certain 'better' things, but I'm not yet convinced that the benefits of this particular brand and blend is worth the SIGNIFICANT additional cost. If these were a little bit more expensive, I'd go for it for sure! But they are A LOT more expensive. They're still getting my highest supplement rating. I'm just Not comfortable giving five stars for something where I can't test the actual effectiveness. Have a happy and healthy day!
