Rescue CAT
Good quality and great addition to my rescue kit. Good value and prompt delivery.

Quality worth the price
This is the approved, copyright licensed, extensively tested tourniquet. It's the "real deal", not a cheap knockoff. Yeah, it's more expensive than many competitors. The quality is there, with a wider belt and a stronger windlass, and, except for the "civilian" bright orange color, it as an issued item to US military medics. Let's hope we never have to use it.

Seems to be great quality, hope I only use it for training purposes
Don't go cheap or complicated on a tourniquet, get this one and train with it. This is a quality tourniquet. It's simple to use, that's important. Can be used on arms or legs of adults. Looks professional and fits in common holsters. If you drive, work security or law enforcement you need to always have one of these on you.

Bonafide TQs that will help should you need one!
I have heard horror stories about the cheap chicom knockoff TQs and these are the bonafide North American rescue TQs for anyone that is concerned these are fakes. It comes with all the usual NAR paperwork that I've seen from their TQs I've bought in brick and mortar stores. I have used NAR TQs for a while (for practice and training, not in a real life sudden death scenario praise the Lord) and they hold up well very well! I replace mine about every year to two years as the velcro wears out in my pockets (I don't carry them there anymore). I have a bunch of these stashed around where I am the most and I also have one with the warrior poet society IFAK. Definitely buy one (or more for the family) if you are considering it. These also can be compacted well so they store easily! Highly reccommend!

This is Quality
I was introduced to the North American Rescue series of products when I took my first "stop the bleed" training class years ago. I've continued to renew and update that training and North American Rescue still proves to be a solid brand among professionals. Basically, we use the cheap knock-offs for training and you can see a dramatic difference between those and the well made, sturdy tourniquets that North American Rescue puts out. The choice is very clear. The reality is, to effectively use a tourniquet when seconds count, you need to practice, practice, practice. Once you get the hang of it and set it up appropriately, it's easy to use and highly effective. Do not cheap out on your IFAK. I literally had one of the knock-offs snap during training (after only a few applications). It's worth the money to buy quality.

This is the one
It’s pretty lightweight. I expected something a little more heavy duty but this is THE ONE to have. Get some training and learn how to use this to save a life. Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to carry two in your first aid kit. I put mine in a ziploc bag with some rubber gloves and a sharpie.

This seemed expensive to me, but a tourniquet isn't something I wanted to cheap out on. I love the bright orange. Seems like good quality. Comes with a little instruction sheet to show you how to store it for quick application, and some care instructions, etc.

Great to see all as should be , C.A.T 7 is all I’ll get. Now I’m on a veterans pension and living alone with my service dog. I carry a pack daily with water fir my dog trooper and the rest. But like to be prepared guess that’s in you. But I see why these cheap or imati0n ones get bought by people who have seen one on there latest COD. As Australia you seeing $49 or more for one cat 7 no pouch, 2g pkt original Quitclot 3 pack of 2gr $48 this guy also puts $15 postage and it from Australia to Australia the small quick clot Gauze no lower than $115 1 pkt 2*3inch piece. A chest seat and nasal tube your way into the over $200 that’s only 9gr all up slowest first gen powder 1 cat 7 1 small gauze in clot chest seal without a set shears or glass breaker or pouch or kit grab bag.. pretty over the top when if someone went down of course I’m going to check clear of threat and help. Yet not in military to replace all that gear that may have saved a life. Veterans pension are not going to replace it or ambulance gives you one for one. Lot of pensions to start again. As most of us that have a controlled response to a accident zone and take, charge of panicked people making injured feel worse. As it was our job to help Those in times of fear or injury where they can’t help themselves. Little wrong And seeing the books prices since the admission to extra terrestrial craft and beings. The researchers who have the documents and generals and more ready to go to congress.. Dr Greer books which I bought on line at $15.95 on special last week are on Amazon at over $200 and couple $450 paper backs that are available from there web sites. 3 more Authors gone to prices beyond normal. You do realise it was us navy intelligence 3 times admitting yes and lots happening while we watch there other hand still. I really hope Amazon au doesn’t become a google, where Trust is dying really fast. Then find why we have a Au is to get charged ridiculous prices but not let it on to others. Just hard to help others all the time. Yet isn’t that what we all should be doing looking out for each other. Not for gain. Great piece though any blue practice ones coming at cheaper price. As practice makes perfect; especially alone.

First time buy from you guys after getting faked out in the UK one too many times. I hope to never have to use one of these but it’s always good to have a couple, just in case. Thanks a bunch 🇬🇧
