The best robot vacuum cleaner
It does everything itself: empties the dustbin, washes the mop, dries the mop, washes the platform under the mop. Amazing device for the laziest people. The only problem is lack of original accessories available on Amazon in UAE.

The errors are too much.
I keep facing an error every single month and the hair keep accumulating in the vacuum roller. I keep on resetting it and facing a lot of errors not the best so far.

Great product, bad seller
This Roborock does the job and has so many advanced features, however it only works well on max vacuum and mop settings but works nonetheless. 5/5 stars for the product The seller on the other hand gets a 1/5 star from me. I ordered a new product and they gave me a used one that they didn't bother to clean before re-selling. The history data inside the robot still has the map and cleaning data of the previous owner aswell as the dock is full of dust and garbage from the pervious owner. Had to clean it and maintain it myself. Overall, I recommend you buy this product but try to find a different seller.

The best robot of my life
The Robot v8 max ultra is amazing!!! The best product to cleaner house! I am Japanese and I like clean house every days. This product is perfect! Clean the corners and all house. It’s easy to use. The maintainer is just one time per week to change water. It’s the best!!! I really recommend. It’s the best product that I bought in the last year.

Foi minha primeira compra internacional, acabou demorando um pouco mais de 40 dias por conta de vistoria da receita e também comprovação de valores. De qualquer forma o produto é realmente muito bom e superior aos existentes no mercado brasileiro.

Buen producto, limpia bastante bien pero no excelente, cuando trapear veo el patrón por dónde pasó en especial del trapeador chiquito y no logra limpiar las salpicaduras de agua de la cocina. Muy bueno para barrer y hacer una limpieza general ayuda a ahorrar mucho tiempo. Buen producto.

Se descompuso a los 6 meses de uso. La empresa no se ha hecho responsable aunque siga en garantía. No lo quieren reparar, cambiar, o darme una devolución. Llevo un mes hablando con su canal de soporte pero además de no contestar hasta después de hacerte esperar semanas, la ayuda es totalmente inservible.
