This supplement really helps with my cramping bloating due to PCOS.

Works great. Very potent. I have to start small or it causes GI issues, which is part of how I know it's potent :) Helps regulate my hormones and periods.

I'm on week 3. I've yet to make it to 9 pills a day. I misread the instructions at first. That's the reason for one less star. That's a lot of pills to take and keep track of thru a day. I like the balance in my mood, regularity and sleep patterns. I work out 5-6 days a week and have plenty of energy and focus to get through the day.

Not sure if this works or not. Been taking it for only 5 days. Weird side effects super sleepy to the point groggy and hard to wake up. Feeling like crap thru the day super tired. I am suspecting this product will stop for few days and see what happens. I guess it's a good sleep aid.

First batch was phenomenal second batch tasted slightly rancid to me and there is no return policy for this product through Amazon

So far, it’s great! I haven’t been taking it for too long But I’ve lost 3 lbs so i think it’s helping! If youre not a regular pill taker then these might be a bit hard to swallow but other than that its great!
