Really good product works well for me.
I have bought 2 of this item. Not disappointed. I will be purchasing my 3rd one soon. Make sure the oud you use is oil based and keep the metal (holed) plate on. Best oud I've found to use on this is the Swiss Arabian one. Great product. Battery lasts well and also it has a 60 second ish timer which is more than enough for an oud burner for one time.

Don't waste your money
It would be better if it stayed on longer than 30 seconds, which it does not. Candle and incense burner a cheaper option and it burns longer. why turn off after 30 seconds ? Make more sense to have it just run at a much lower temperature to prevent Overheating or fire, and then have it run for hours rather than seconds. I now have an incense burner that smells great for all of 30 seconds.

Not worth it!!
Total waste of money, charging doesn’t stay long and you need to keep turning the button on because it doesn’t stay more than 40 to 50 secs.

Did not work
Hate to say this but seems like I received an item from a bad batch. Followed instructions and let the device charge for two hours. Tried using but kept subsiding every two seconds and then eventually powering down. Think I'll just use a tea light candle until I find a good quality electric ceramic burner.

Not good at all
The difference between a candle burner and this is crazy, this burner literally makes the bukhoor smell burnt it awful, one of my products caught fire. I'm gutted as this was quite expensive

Letzter Schrott. Funktioniert nur 30sekunden. Schaltet sich danach ab. Akku hält maximal für 4 min. Danach muss man es 2 Stunden aufladen. Geht zurück.
