They are 250mm long including the tang the cutting length is 150mm long I used these files in a change saw sharping jig.

What width are the files in mm? I want to use them to file off the rakers using a depth guage

Not entirely sure what you are after as the files are bought in mm to suit the chain's cutting teeth. It probably wont help but I use a small grinder to take the tops of the raker teeth, carefully
