Awesome tracker with long lasting battery
I’ve been using the Tractive GPS cat tracker for my adventurous cat, and I’m thoroughly impressed! Features: - I love the virtual fence that sends an alert whenever my cat strays beyond our set boundaries. - Plus, the territory analysis gives me insight into my cat's roaming habits and where he get's his daily snacks from. - Live Tracking works solid when needed - Scoreboard is a nice to have, but I think it's more relevant for dog owners (walking the dog or similar) Battery: While the website mentions a battery life of up to 7 days, mine lasted a solid 10 days using the power saving zone I set up — definitely a pleasant surprise. Subscription: Pricing is okay, especially when you go for a longer period as the monthly costs go down. But thinking about the features and the peace of mind you get it's definitely worth it. Overall, it’s a fantastic combination of safety and health tracking, making it an essential tool for any cat parent. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended tracker
Absolutely brilliant tracker. I am a very anxious cat owner having had three cats die on the roads. My cat Percy was therefore a house cat but he was unhappy and clearly wanted to go outside. So I bought him one of these trackers and it works brilliantly. It’s sturdy, hasn’t fallen off him yet, has good battery life, is really accurate on the tracking side of things, and it doesn’t bother him at all to wear. Mind you he is a big cat at 7 kg! So to conclude, I have to say the tracker has done exactly what I wanted it to do. The reason I bought it was 50% to keep Percy safe, and 50% stop to stop me from getting anxious. And it’s worked! Highly recommended.

It gives you peace of mind.
As for knowing where your cat is, it's a great product at a great price. £59 subscription for the year. Downsides: even when the collar came off, trying to find it isn't that easy. As it keeps moving EVEN when the collar is lying on the pavement! You can make it play a noise, but only in the dead pitch of night can you hear it. Also, when the collar came off it still looked like it was moving around, so it's accuracy isn't within 10 meters. That's fine to find the cat, but difficult to find the collar. It has more than just tracking, it calculates the amount of sleep, activity and even compares breed or local cats. It's quite large, but not too large, battery lasts 1 day, if your lucky.

Battery and subscription
The GPS works well and it's very interesting to know where my cat goes, the truth is that it has given me a lot of peace of mind. There are two things that I see wrong. The first is that when you buy a second or more GPS you have to pay a separate subscription for each GPS, in my case I have three cats and I would have to pay three individual subscriptions and we are talking about almost £300 a year, it seems very bad to me that there is no premium or family plan for multiple pets. The second thing I don't like is the battery capacity, you have to charge the GPS every two/three days, charging it once a week for me would be perfect but it is not the case. Is it a product that I recommend? Yes but keep these factors in mind

DO NOT BUY THIS
DO NOT BUY THESE! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. First up, battery lasts less the 48 hours. Your cat is out for a couple of days, tracking gone. Secondly, the "radar" function doesn't work at all. The feature is supposed to help narrow down where you cat is as GPS is only accurate to about 30 feet. You can be 5 feet from the tracker, hit the button and it will tell you Bluetooth out of range. I bought two of these £300 down the pan. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Helpful
Very helpful for moving to a new area if you are a car parent with anxiety. Also very helpful to see health information about your cat. I have this for my 12yo boy and has been a life saver when needing to leave the house but needing to lock him in as we don’t have a cat flap. Be aware you do need to pay subscription but it’s worth it for peace of mind - especially when in a new area or trusting your pet with another person.

Much better than expected!
We have a small cat so have always been put off by tracker collars due to size. Our little one refuses to wear any other collar and constantly lost them. However, she went missing a few weeks back and we never want to go through that again. Hence buying a tracking collar! This one exceeded our expectations, decent tracking level, nice to see the history of her travels and battery life works well for us (she stays in overnight so we take it off and charge it then). Would definitely reccomend if you want to keep an eye on your cat. Obviously it’s not tiny, but it’s the smallest one we found with good reviews and we are happy with it, it doesn’t seem to bother her much she is still catching things (despite the bell) and doesn’t fight us when we put it on in the morning!

RIP OFF, UNRELIABLE TRACKING!!
RIP off!! I bought 3 of these for my cats as I want to gradually start letting them out. Firstly!! They sell it to you for as cheap as £4 a month, what they don’t tell you, to have it for £4/£5/£8 a month you have to pay for 2,3,4,5 years contract up front! Hundreds of pounds! And you can’t cancel until the contract period ends! If you want a per month plan, then the cheapest is £13.50 EACH CAT per month!! This is most basic subscription too!! Secondly! One of the trackers keeps telling my my cat has travelled to another town! When he was right next to me!! So when I go to work and I don’t know whether he’s home that it’s going to put fear in me! That’s the whole point of buying them!!!!
