Truly Free Natural Laundry Detergent - 3 Pack + 1 Jug, Unscented, 150 Loads

I love the scent, and I love how it cleans! I'm back to add it to my Subscribe and Save. (The scent is not overpowering; I'm sensitive to strong chemically derived smells. This doesn't give me a headache, but it makes my clothes smell good.)

One of the biggest highlights is the ingredient profile. It’s plant-based and designed for sensitive skin, which makes it a great choice for families, kids, or anyone who reacts to traditional detergents. It leaves clothes feeling clean and soft without that heavy chemical scent, and the unscented option is especially nice if you’re sensitive to fragrances. Another standout feature is the refillable system. You mix the powder with water to create liquid detergent, which cuts down on plastic waste and is more environmentally friendly than constantly buying new bottles. It’s a simple system once you get used to it, and it feels like a more sustainable approach overall. It works well for regular laundry and lightly soiled clothes. For everyday use, especially with kids’ clothes or sensitive skin, it does the job without irritation! However, for heavily stained items, you may need to pretreat or use a bit more product.

As someone with extremely sensitive skin and children with sensitive skin, finding a laundry detergent that doesn't irritate or cause discomfort has been a constant struggle. However, my search finally came to an end when I discovered Truly Free Laundry Detergent. This product has truly been a game-changer for me, and I cannot recommend it enough. First and foremost, the fact that this detergent is truly free from harsh chemicals and irritants is a huge relief. It is hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and devoid of any dyes or artificial additives. This makes it perfect for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies, as it minimizes the risk of any adverse reactions. The cleaning power of Truly Free Laundry Detergent is exceptional. Despite being free from harsh chemicals, it effectively removes stains, dirt, and odors from my clothes. I have noticed that my laundry comes out fresh, clean, and without any residue. It even tackles tough stains like coffee or grass effortlessly, which is impressive for a gentle detergent. Another aspect that sets Truly Free apart is its eco-friendly nature. The detergent is biodegradable and made from plant-based ingredients, making it safe for the environment. This aligns with my personal values, and I appreciate the effort the brand puts into creating a sustainable product. The packaging of Truly Free Laundry Detergent is also worth mentioning. The bottle is made from recycled materials and is easy to handle. The clear labeling provides all the necessary information, including usage instructions and ingredients, which is helpful for those with specific concerns or allergies. One minor drawback is that Truly Free Laundry Detergent is slightly pricier compared to mainstream brands. However, considering its effectiveness, gentle formula, and eco-friendly nature, I believe it is worth the investment. Additionally, a little goes a long way, so a single bottle lasts longer than expected. In conclusion, Truly Free Laundry Detergent has been a revelation for me. It has proven to be gentle on my sensitive skin while delivering excellent cleaning results. Its eco-friendly approach and transparent packaging further enhance its appeal. If you have sensitive skin or are looking for a safer and more sustainable laundry detergent, I highly recommend giving Truly Free a try.

We’ve been using this laundry detergent for about two years, and it’s one of the few natural detergents I’ve found that actually leaves clothes smelling clean and fresh after every wash. It cleans well, is easy to use, and I’ve been very happy with its overall performance. Refilling the bottle is simple, and I like the concept of reducing waste. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. I also wish the company offered an option to purchase just the refill packets instead of sending a new bottle each time. That would be more economical and reduce unnecessary packaging. Despite those drawbacks, the detergent itself has worked extremely well, and I’ve continued using it for the past two years. If you’re looking for a natural detergent that actually performs, this is definitely worth considering.

Love the fewer ingredients and the light scent it leaves behind!

I really wanted to like this detergent, the company has a good mission to deliver non toxic options to families and I that is something I look for. The scent is amazing (using essential oils) and I felt you could still smell it once clothes are dried which is a win. The performance, however; is what was lacking. The formula settles in the bottle and at times when I would pour some into the cap little clumps would be present in the water. Lastly, my clothes just did not feel or look as clean as with other detergent. Definitely does not get stains out the way other detergents do.

This is great . The smell on amazing. Cleans clothes with a small amount

This detergent was top rated by a website that researches products for toxicity and makes recommendations based upon safety and environmentally proactive components. I decided to give it a try despite not liking the plastic refillable bottle it came with. The scent was very strong upon opening the packet and mixing it with my purified water. However, after a few days, it wasn't as strong. Bear in mind, the scent is from the natural oils used - NOT synthetic fragrances that contain toxic chemicals. If the scent bothers you, they sell an unscented version. It is a bit unnerving when you pour it because it isn't thick like commercial detergents that have colored dyes and toxic chemicals in them. So, watery as it is, I have found it does a wonderful job of cleaning my laundry. I use white vinegar as my fabric softener which reduces the scent a bit. Since I'm not a fan of plastic and the refillable bottle that came with this detergent, I ordered a big glass jug with a pump from Amazon which has turned out to be perfect for this detergent. I came with a funnel to make it easier to pour the detergent powder into it. Four squirts with the pump is equal to a medium sized load. I truly love this detergent as well as the refreshing scent. My laundry comes clean and I am no longer subjecting myself, nor the environment to toxic chemicals.
