Healthy Eyes with Lutein Tablets, 60 Count, White (27452)

This is basically a multi vitamin specifically formulated for eye health. They are large but are also perforated so they break apart easily creating two smaller sized vitamins. That makes them easier to swallow. They are not flavored so it's best to take it with water. I'm on my fourth bottle and so my eyes are better. The effect is subtle but my vision is better.

So it is VERY important to me to have a supplement specifically made for vision care. I have taken these in particular for at least a year and feel that they have assisted in keeping my "old eyes as young as they can be" if that makes sense. I know about a year or so ago before starting to take these every day, I was having some nagging issues with night vision - where lights seem to blind me to quite a bit around me. Driving was out of the question. I don't drive much at night anyways, but I have had occasion lately to go out in the evening for something and found that the lights don't bother my eyes any longer. I don't know if I can categorically say it's because of these as I do take a natural multi-vitamin & mineral supplement as well, but I do believe these are what helped with my night vision issues.
