My kiddos been using these for a few weeks now with kids during craft time, and it’s been a fun, engaging activity that keeps them happily occupied while letting them be creative. Pros: the ocean animal designs are cute and appealing, the magnets are sturdy once finished, and having everything included in one kit makes setup easy; it’s great for group activities like classrooms, parties, or rainy-day crafts, and kids love being able to display their finished artwork. Cons: the paint pots are on the smaller side, so for larger groups you may want to have a little extra paint on hand, and younger kids may need help keeping colors neat. Tip: let the magnets dry completely before attaching them to surfaces—placing them on a tray or parchment paper helps prevent sticking and smudging. This simple little craft is GREAT!!! In my opinion-not a professional one- it’s suitable for ages 4+ or younger with adult help just because its markers and the caps are small. I bought it for a side activity during our birthday pool party and it did the trick so well!! I set it out in a basket and kids that got tired of swimming knew exactly what to do with it without me explaining anything. You can also use regular fat markers and they worked a bit better for young kids since the tiny markers they send are more for precise coloring that tiny hands can’t really do. They still used those markers too though and it wasn’t a problem. It was a good little souvenir activity and a great take home favor that for once isn’t candy or slime.

These were purchased for my senior art therapy program. The examples were easy to follow, and the paint colors are glossy when dry. I'd recommend these for limited mobility painters.

This was a fun idea. The designs are simple, yet interesting. Unfortunately they are all smaller and thinner than expected. A little sturdier than cardboard, these magnets aren't printed on magnetic material, instead, you have to add the magnetic strips to the back of each design. Pros: Inexpensive & arrives quickly Cute designs & enough markers to share Cons: Thin material Smaller size than expected Thin magnetic strips need to be added to each design

Bought these for a birthday party and they were a huge hit! The kids were ages 7-8 and loved coloring their own magnets.

Great value and idea since the school banned having actual birthday treats. The kids were able to color a treat and take it home and be able to use it so it doesn’t get thrown away…at least not immediately 😁
