I bought these following radiation therapy when the hair on one side of my head pretty much stopped growing--and my hair stylist agreed that was my situation. Not going to lie: These gummies don't taste good, but since I didn't buy them for taste, but hair growth, I kept taking them nightly. I just started these vitamins a couple of weeks ago. I think the taste is ok. Maybe a slight aftertaste, but not enough to make me want to stop. Cost much better than some other hair growth products.
