Looks are deceiving
These work, but not right out of the package. It's not like the rubber sides on Logitechs' and Razers' mice. It doesn't get grippy until a good couple minutes in where the moisture from your hands begin to release. That's when it starts to work. Of course the drawback is when you release the mouse for a couple minutes and the grip goes away. That is until a couple minutes pass after picking it up again, it returns. The pieces can be cut if it doesn't match our mouse exactly. But this is not advised unless none of them have the shape you need.

It's just a very cheap layer of foam that doesn't even add any extra grip at all
