have no problems with this product and recommend it. pretty great idea, would never have thought to put a hot iron safely into a plastic container before this.

The case is fine. The first one arrived broken and the wrong color. The replacement sent was still the wrong color but the function is fine. I'm disappointed Amazon did not make it right. Too much energy is spent on a small item - takes the fun out of the experience.

Love this gadget. I just recently found out that they made a storage box for Irons. Once I saw the one my friend had, I knew I had to have it. I always thought it was silly to hang your iron on the wall with the ironing board. You need a lot of space to hang the ironing board and studs close enough to support the weight of an iron like my Rowenta. This makes a much neater solution and it's a nice color too.

The first time I ordered this product it came cracked like I read about in a few other reviews on here. I decided to order it again because I really like the idea of this iron storage, and it fits great in my closet. I like it, but am not expecting it to last long after seeing the cracks on the first one.

I purchased 2 of these items and 1 has already broke at the handle. There's a 1 year guarantee so I emailed the company and said I was sending both of them back as I figured the other would break also. Poor product design! The company emailed me back and said I would get a full refund for the 2 items and to NOT send them back. I have yet to receive my refund.. The cardboard wrapper on the item actually states to NOT return them to place of purchase or to the manufacturer. That has to tell you something. I would NOT recommend this to anyone and I'm really sorry I bought them.

Love this item. In addition to being able to immediately store your hot iron away, I believe this would be a great item to protect your iron for travel as it also has a convenient carry handle. Arrived promptly and was as described except for the fact that it was not blue, as indicated on seller's page. Mine came in grey and red, which I actually prefer over the blue. Could have been a little more clear on the description.

This is an overall great product. It does say on amazon I was ordering the 3007 model and I received the 3006 model, not really a big deal, they're both really similar, and this one will do the job so I'm keeping it. If you own an iron and don't like letting it sit out until it cools then I definitely recommend this product.

Was delivered in plenty of time, unfortunately one of fhe hinges was broken as well as a large chip on the top corner, had no choice but to keep because was traveling
