Allume di Rocca Natural Alum Block - 100g

Great block that will last a long time! It stings... a lot on little nicks from shaving or razor burn but dissapears after a few seconds it's really odd. But it clears up the bleeding from little nicks and I have found it clears up my razor burn pretty quickly after a short period of red raw skin. Feels nice and it also good for making hands dry to pull skin back on face for a better shave too!

Decent allum block that is cheaper than some others. The finish on it isn't as nice as some if this is of concern. Give it a few months of use and it will soon smooth down. If you've not used allum before be prepared for a little stinging. Also don't expect miracles, these won't stop cuts but are fine for slight nicks.

I have been using the Alum since my father taught me how to shave more than 40 years ago...finding the same thing, in UK from Italy make me happy and closer to my memories, thanks a lot and see you next time (not very soon because this stuff will last more then one year, eh eh!)

A simple product that simply works. It has survived being dropped onto a hard floor.. I suppose Block Alum is Block Alum, in which case I guess there is little, if anything, to choose between products - and, if I am wrong, no doubt someone will tell me so by way of a Comment on this feedback. But I am well pleased and would certainly buy it again. It arrived promptly.

my skin had a slight raction to it so had to stop using it.
