These little patches are a lifesaver. I used to get terrible cocktail headaches. So no amount of ibuprofen would touch it. My friend introduced these to me on a cruise and when I saw them I thought "How stupid. Must be a placebo effect." How wrong I was. I wore them one day and I was fine. I thought it was just coincidence and decided not to wear them the next day. And that night got rocked with another horrible cocktail headache. Decided to give them another go the following day. Lo and behold... no headache. I wore them every day for the remainder of the cruise and not one more headache. That was 4 years ago. I have been using them every time I want to have a few drinks and not suffer. I have tried a couple of other brands and they just don't seem to work as well as the rebound does. I don't drink often so the 30 count lasts about a year for me. I don't know why they work as well as they do but I am grateful!

Works very well when used correctly. Used it for my wedding for friends and myself and although I didn't need it as I didn't drink heavily, it did help others and I have used these patches at events previously and found them to be effective. The main thing I look for are that the patches have dihydromyricetin as a main ingredient, which has science-backed studies showing efficacy of alcohol movement through the liver, which is what a hangover is, is your body processing out the alcohol. Only a couple of brands seem to offer this as most have caffeine and b vitamins, which while helpful, aren't as potent as when combined with thisliver-boosting agent. This definitely minimizes hangover side effects and make sure to hydrate too!

I love these patches!! They definitely help not only during the night out but also the morning after!! I keep mine on until at least mid day the following day to really help any possible hangover!! Always preparing with these for any trip!!! Can’t wait to put them to the test on my bachelorette trip!!
