Great desktop.. beautiful large screen...performance is the best and fastest response that I have experienced..I was concerned about Windows 11 but super easy . I am happy with my purchase.

This computer was purchased for use at home for a senior and it is terrific. Setup was easy. Putting on the legs is a bit confusing, but the photo on the box helped. I was surprised to find the keyboard battery operated instead of rechargeable, but batteries were included in the box. The windows updates to Windows 11 take about 1-2 hours, but that was expected. It didn’t take long to get the computer running. The screen is large and quite granular. I accepted the screen defaults and it was fine. The screen is touch, but I’m old school and didn’t use that feature preferring to use the keyboard and mouse. There are plenty of input jacks (USB A, USB C) in the back of the screen and there is support for an Ethernet cable. If you are looking for a large screen home computer, this is a good choice.

The only problem was there was very little instruction for setting it up with flimsy sketches where switch and plugs were located. However, through persistence I managed to get it going. After the initial start the unit has been working smoothly with much more speed then the unit it replaced. The large 28" display produces a sharp picture and helps in not needing my reading glasses. The sound is good but I also have external speakers for quality. So far so good.

Bought this for my home office. I use Office and Quickbooks along with other apps. I am extremely satisfied with the speed and functionality when I have several programs open at once. I use it every day and have had it for a couple of months and it’s great. Worth the price..which fluctuates quite a bit so keep an eye on that. I got it as a limited time deal. The bonus to this desktop is it looks super sharp in my office. The screen is huge and so watching videos is awesome! I’m happy with this purchase for my needs.

The computer is pretty good I ordered 2 refurbished I already ordered over 30 of them before no issues at all , last 2 came with the wrong adapter of 65 watts only and these alone required the 130 watts otherwise it will run super slow , one of them too it was missing the legs and one of tge other legs was broken , I understand it is refurbished and sometimes they got mixed up , but overall the computer itself one of the best in the market , after changing the adapter it run so smooth, in the picture you can see the small one 65 watts and the bigger one is 130 watts

I've had this computer for several months now. It was easy to set up and works great. The large screen makes it easier to read web pages and watch videos. Good value for the money.

I bought this as a work computer and wanted something simple that wouldn't take up too much space. This all in one is absolutely perfect for that! I also love the mouse and keyboard that it came with, and the fact that it only needs one usb dongle to connect both instead of taking up an extra slot! The camera is great and I love the pop up design - makes me feel a bit of nostalgia for some of the pop up features we had in the 90's/2000's! I do wish we could tilt the camera down a little bit the same way we can with the screen though, it cuts off a lot of my body 🤣

I am no computer expert by any means, but I got this up and running easily. I am enjoying it very much. I would definitely recommend this.
