Fixed my oil leak
Seal/gaskets fit well and stopped my oil leak I had from the crank.

One month later, no leaks!
It has been about a month since this seal was installed, and it's working great so far. No leaks at all. Just be careful not to install the seal too far in at the top. At the bottom, there is a catch to prevent the seal from going in further, but there is none at the top. If you do hit it too far in like I did, just hit the bottom part multiple times until it starts to spring back out a little. I've also installed a fel-pro valve cover gasket and that seal has also been holding up well.

Worked great on a 2011 Mini Cooper base
This worked great. I wiped down all the surfaces the seal would sit on and installed it dry per the manufacturers instructions. Most of the youtube videos I watched showed folks lubing the seal prior to inserting it into the shaft. I had no problem fitting the seal without any lube and no leaks detected so far!
