This is the best magnesium supplement I’ve ever had . I take 2 at bedtime. Ii have noticed a huge difference in my sleep and getting my body metabolism in order. It’s 100% chemical free. Try it!!!

High Quality Magnesium!
I bought a different magnesium supplement before I tried this brand which I liked but figured I would give this a shot after hearing great things about it and I am glad I did! I noticed I do sleep deeper when I take this supplement. I take it maybe an hour or so before bed. However; I do not like that it’s not coated. The tablet itself it pretty big and dry (since it’s not coated) but I would for sure buy this again!

Effective magnesium blend
I love this magnesium blend. I take only one every night, recommended dose is two, but I sleep so soundly and do not wake up groggy whatsoever. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for alternatives to melatonin and the like! JS Health Vitamins is a trusted brand in this household!
