The bed was delivered as scheduled & installed quickly & efficiently. The controls were explained & demonstrated. This bed 2foot 6inch wide, it is comfortable & easy to use, ideal for elderly, or anyone with health issues eg. If your feet need to be raised whilst sleeping. Also you can raise the head of the bed if like me you read in bed, but this also allows you to sit up to get out of bed easily. I suggest that fitted bottom sheets are ideal as they stay in place when the bed is raised. I am delighted with this bed & the care shown by the staff! ! May I also suggest if 2 beds are placed together side by side each person will be able to control their bed independently, very useful if one likes to read in bed & their partner wants to sleep. This bed is fantastic value for money, but the staff are efficient. helpful and caring, which is a bonus!! Thank you.

The quality of the mattress is very good however we elected to put the bed together ourselves. It was the most complicated set of instructions we had ever seen. We are very capable people who can make pretty much anything flat packed etc. these instructions were dreadful. And the fitting of the headboard was a nightmare as the screws were too small for the nuts and kept falling out. We have had to buy nuts and bolts to fix. The fabric is very nice and so far the bed is working perfectly. Need to review the instructions though.

Really impressed by the quality of this bed. It is my first adjustible bed and the mattress is great. I paid the supplier to set up the bed for me and it was done very quickly and competantly by the van driver. There was a small glitch with delivery arrangements but it is here now and much appreciated. Thankyou

A very comfortable bed but as I have laminate flooring the castors had to be changed to feet as it moved when I tried to lie on it. Good mattress, mechanism is silent and works well.

Extremely comfortable. Adjustable to any position you see fit. Motor is silent. A good purchase.

It’s smaller then I thought it was going to be this is standard size not the size of my old bed I had more room in my old bed

The bed works well lifting the top and bottom of bed with ease, also quiet too. I would class the mattress as definitely soft and would of preferred a firmer feel. The delivery driver very helpful in assembly of bed, seems a bit much to have one man to assemble bed, we did pay for assembly and old bed disposal.
