Good, and good value for money. No weird flavour, dissolves quickly, doesn't leave much of a texture in water. I've had no side effects and seen a slight improvement in muscle recovery time. My one issue is that prevents it from being 5 stars is that the recommended dose is half a scoop. If the recommended dose is half, then make the scoops 3g! The scoop isn't marked to show the halfway point, so you have to use a food scale for accuracy.

Nice big container - is tasteless, and dissolves easily. Can leave a bit of residue at the bottom of the cup so need to swirl cup whilst drinking to avoid the chalking feeling at the end

I'm 51. Weight trained all my life, and in the last year I've really struggled to maintain energy, strength, and shape. Even with a very high protein diet, I plateaued at a certain weight and just wasn't gaining muscle mass, so I added creatine to my diet. I don’t want to be big, I just want to be muscular. A few things to note: 1) The daily dose is 1/2 a scoop (3mg). From what I've read online, recommended daily intake should be 3-5mg. So you may not get as many servings as the description suggests. 2) For best results, take every day 3) It will take anywhere between 1-4 weeks before you notice a difference. 4) You must increase your water intake. Look online for recommendations. So, I weight train 4 days a week.... 6mg (1 scoop) on rest days. 12mg (2 scoops) on training days. My weight stopped plateauing and went on a steady increase and most of it was muscle (according to my scales). With more energy my rest time between sets reduced, my muscles ached less and more importantly, they looked pumped for longer. I guess that’s ‘Cellular Volumization’ . Basically, water inside your muscle cells. Perfectly healthy. Only downsides 1) It takes a while to dissolve in liquid and can be a little gritty if not mixed properly. 2) You can get bloating if you take a lot. I personally haven't had that. 3) You pee more. Me personally, a lot more Still, I’d recommend it, particularly if you’re of a certain age.

Just doesn't dissolve! So ive been taking this a few days now and ive tried plenty of brands of creatine , but to say this is apparently micronized i beg to differ! At first i was putting it in a mug of water and stirring for a good 60 seconds and i chugged the cup , still creatine residue in the bottom! And if you've been taking this stuff for a while , you know its like swallowing a mouth full of sand if its not dissolved correctly or at least within the water , this stuff just sinks to the bottom! I gave it the benefit of the doubt again and stuck it in my morning coffee , still the same! Still residue in the bottom , just find another brand of creatine , i opted for this brand because why not try something new , but never again.

Consiglio assolutamente questo prodotto! La creatina monoidrato si scioglie molto facilmente senza lasciare grumi ed è del tutto inodore e insapore, quindi ideale da miscelare con acqua, succhi o uno shaker proteico.
