Great for neck stability and traction
HSA eligibility is a great value! It is comfortable in the sense of how it fits with chin rest. I’ve seen some progress for pain relief in the curve of neck and shoulders. I’m also able to get it on and off by myself easily.

Wonderful neck pain reliever!
This contraption is absolutely wonderful! I purchased it for my husband who suffers from tinnitus and general neck pain. In about 10 minutes a day he is able to find relief that helps tremendously. He shares that it is easy to use and is very happy with it. He also likes it so much he has been encouraging me to try it as well. Thank you for selling quality products!!

OMG.
Ok, this thing is amazing! Really, if you have bad neck pain that's the kind that would be helped by traction, you would be doing yourself a favor by getting this. (I'm a nurse, so this disclaimer is necessary: that whole ask your doctor thing? Do that. I used a neck hammock for a while, and it felt fantastic, but I learned that I was making my condition worse by pulling my head forward! Make sure traction is a good idea.) Because of.... let's say, ongoing tension from life's craziness... on top of the forward head-leaning that goes with looking at phones and other screens, my neck has become so painful that I've been scared about my old age. I'm 55, and I plan to use this neck for a long time to come! I get adjustments, and they help, but the muscles are pretty traumatized. I massage my neck, use a pain cream, and use a few other devices, some of which are ok. THIS is a game- changer. 3 weeks in of doing about 15-20 minutes, once a day at first, but now twice-- plus whenever I feel the need. Y'all, I generally don't expect stuff to work. I didn't expect this to work! I have more range of motion turning my head, better posture, less pain, more awareness of head position when on my phone, and I can feel the most painful, traumatized muscles healing. Try it. They take returns, though I doubt you'll want to do that.

It's a pretty rigid design. It didn't suit me.
The device appears high-quality and reliable. It's probably suitable for serious cases requiring intense neck traction. However, it wasn't quite right for me. It looks bulky, and the lack of soft parts makes it uncomfortable and causes pressure during use. It's not suitable for daily use, although the quality is decent. Quite a rigid construction. The price seemed a bit high to me.

Limited Head Positioning
Bought this for Cervical Radiculopathy aka pinched nerve. Quality product as for the materials used. Everything felt pretty sturdy. However, this product was useless for me. The piece that supports your chin cannot go down. The lowest setting still props your head in a ever so slightly tilted back position. From there, it only goes up on each increased setting, it further tilts your head back so you are looking up. I bought this because it’s painful for me to tilt my head back. I get pain shooting down from my neck into my shoulder blade. So putting this on was very uncomfortable and painful. I seem to have a pretty long neck as it is but according to the setting positions available, this thing is for giraffes. Forget about it if you have a short neck unless you are fine tilting your head far back while decompressing. The other complaint I have is the padding for where this thing sits on your collar bone area. There is pretty much no padding and so it basically feels like plastic digging into your collar bone, chest, and shoulders. Because of this, I can’t imagine wearing it for 20 mins. That would seem like an eternity. Because of those complaints, I cannot recommend this product. I thought because this product was quite expensive it should be good. However, after returning this item, I have since bought the cheaper air bag version and it feels much better. Hope this helps you out.

I had terrible neck pains lately, due to the wrong posture in front of the computer, and my doctor advised me to get a traction device, which would help me to stretch my neck and release the pressure. When I saw this device, I found that this is exactly what I need. No matter how many times I red the manual, I was not able to set it up by myself, therefore I asked my doctor to help me with it, which I felt to be the best way to go forward, so that he can see and approve the device and help me to set it up. Apparently, if you know what you're doing, the setup is very easy and straightforward. All you have to do is set the device around your neck and build some pressure in the system, using the hand pump provided, so that the device will start to stretch your neck, decompressing the bones and releaving the neck tension. Now that the doctor has shown me how to do it, I can do all the setup myself without any issues. I wear the device only a few times a day, 10-15min each time. I have already noticed positive improvements, I stopped having pains in the morning. The device works great, but I would advise you to check it with your doctor and seek his approval and decision whether it is suitable to use this device for your situation.

I got this neck puller device to see if it can help with some wrong posture I am used to take when I am sitting This neck puller device is well made and comes with surprisingly good padding, which makes a big difference during use. At first, the sensation felt a bit weird and even slightly uncomfortable but that's kind of the point. It's designed to correct posture, so it’s normal for it to feel unfamiliar in the beginning. I tried to take it easy with the level of pressure I was using With consistent use, it becomes easier to tolerate and the initial discomfort starts to fade. It’s important to go into it knowing that some unease at the start is expected but with time, the experience becomes noticeably more comfortable and worthwhile. I believe that after extended use I will achieve the promised results

There's a bit of learning curve to get this on so that it doesn't feel like it's trying to push my head off. I took it steady and made an effort not to force anything and eventually for it to a point where it was, if not comfortable then at least tolerable for a few minutes. At the end of the day it's forcing a structural change on your neck so it isn't meant to be comfortable, and once it is then it's done its job. This is very much how I've found it over the last couple of days, it gets just a little bit easier each time it's on. Build quality feels excellent and it's as sturdy as I'd expect something like this to be. The padding doesn't look like much but it does feel sufficient for the most part. There's a bit of a balance between function and tolerance where you need it to be uncomfortable enough to it's thing without making it a miserable experience and the padding is definitely on the right side of this. I can't really comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it with, but I can absolutely believe this to be worth £150.
