The product is absolutely life changing, it has helped me open my sinuses when I have blocked noses and on top of everything it’s cheap and good value for money. It is very effective and adhesion is great and easy to use. It has a very premium feel to it and removing it is very easy. The size fits to my nose very well but after you take it off you can’t put it back on without it losing its adhesion abilities. Great product, need to buy again. It’s also lasts years if you don’t use regularly.

Brilliant and effective product. Cheap product with no discomfort and easy to use. Fits perfectly and improved my sleep the first night. Felt a difference in breathing immediately! No discomfort at all.

The new versions are not as strong, and the black ones tickle my nose. These used to be REALLY good, they were strong and helped your nostrils stay open. Bit difficult to take off, but I found that was worth it. They updated the product and it is now weaker. Less sticky, less good at holding your nostrils open. So easier on the skin when you take them off but less airflow, its a trade. The white ones are plastic, but the new black ones have a fabric of some kind, the issue is that little strands tickle your nose, which, you know good luck getting to sleep while something occasionally tickles your nose.. not too bad but does happen.

These do not work anymore, this new design is terrible. The old black ones were great, stuck overnight every time, could actually feel it open up your nose. These new clear ones don’t stick for more than 2 hours max, doesn’t open your nose at all, can hardly tell it’s there. Shame as the old ones were so great.

Was skeptical at first but has 100% improved my nasal breathing while sleeping and stopped me having so many awake periods. In 7 hours sleep I could have nearly 2 hours of awake time, using these in conjunction with the mouth tape I can do 7 hours sleep with approximately 15 minutes awake time through the whole night. To note, I don’t have sleep apnoea, but night time mouth breathing was stopping me falling into a solid sleep state. Definitely worth a go for the cost

Excellent strips strong with good adhesion

So they do work, however they need refining. Basically the flexible strip is too stiff for the adhesive. No matter that I've done over the packs I've bought so far, even by preparing my skin and getting a really good stick (so stiff that it hurts to remove them in the morning), frequently, the stiffness of the plastic beam that runs through them just gradually pulls a tiny bit of it off at a time until the entire thing comes unstuck on one side. If they made the bar across it slightly weaker, it'd be a better product. Anyone saying that this doesn't open their nostrils, they just aren't positioning it correctly. It's easy to make that mistake, I did too, but then I figured out where it needs to go. The bar is the problem and it pulls the adhesive portion away from your skin, all that time it tickles too which keeps me up. I'll be switching away from this product until they figure out how to improve it.
