It works well. I do 10 grams per day. I use it in my protein shake. Mixes well.

When I was much younger, I used creatine primarily for its effects on muscle bulk and strength. I didn’t pay much attention to where it was made. I figured that creatine is the same chemical from every source. Turns out, that’s not necessarily true. Now that I’m over 70, I started taking it again, but primarily because of its cognitive health benefits. There are a number of fairly recent studies that suggest that for folks 65 and older, creatine can have a positive effect on cognition. This is my first time using Simpli brand. I had been using another that is very slightly less expensive, and attractive labeling. Then it occurred to me to look at where it was manufactured. Funny thing. The other brand doesn’t say where; only that it’s made for a company in the US. Hmmm. Simpli clearly states on the label both whom it is manufactured for, and that it is Proudly Manufactured in the USA. Electronics are one thing; supplements are another. I prefer my supplements to be US made. Also, it seems that Simpli brand dissolves in water and milk a bit more easily and thoroughly than the other stuff. It really has no taste. It’s pretty innocuous. As for its purported cognitive health benefits: is it helping? It’s hard to say. But the research is compelling enough for me to continue taking it; especially given the absence of side effects (for me and, apparently most folks), and low cost. Dare I say it? For me, it’s a no-brainer.

This powder is free of junk, fillers, and flavoring. It dissolves easily in water with a stir - 5 stars for this. The brand has a website, and is typically well reviewed for its products - it appears to be trusted. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that while I like the claims that the production facility is FDA Registered (which as far as I can see is a legal requirement for a US based facility) and GMP Certified, I can't see any evidence of this. I've used creatine on and off for years to support my gym use, and lately I've tended towards gummy supplements. I've decided to go back to using the powder mixed with water, as I wanted to get away from the extra additives and junk in the gummies.
