This product is top notch

Was very excited to receive the product and test it out but the box came heavily damaged, which is fine usually, but this seemed like it had been stored on the shelf for quite some time. However, the most disturbing part of this product was the hair particles left on BOTH the outside of the box (~6-7 pieces) and the inside on the cloth (~10 fine pieces). I'm not quite sure what went wrong with the production of this product, but there was an unacceptable amount of hair on it. I hope that this is an outlier, but I am very disappointed and will not be buying again.
