Unfortunately no where locally could I find a cotton robe. Replacing a well worn and loved robe has been difficult. Although this is not 100% what I was looking for I am overall very happy with the quality texture and comfort of this robe. I do wish the material was a little stretcher. I put it in the washing machine immediately and tossed it in the dryer. I did not find any shrinkage or discoloration. It is soft and lighter weight, which is what I wanted as I live in a tropical climate. I would recommend this, and believe the size is true. The only thing that I have found to be disappointing is the hole in the left pocket.
