Yummy and gentle on the stomach
Love these. Zinc usually upsets my stomach but I’m on my second bottle and no digestive issues at all. Great taste too!!

The taste of these is pretty good. I didn’t notice a huge difference in taking these vs not so it is hard to say. They are a big pricey for the amount of vitamins you get.
