Update: despite the dilemma I had, I had messaged the company I ordered from and they did their part on making everything right and correct in a timely manner, not only did they help but they exceeded the help in a very generous way! Yes, I had a missing item but they corrected the issue. I changed my star review to 5 stars as well because my baby loves his bassinet now. And the customer service was great. Not only that but the product itself is great!**Everything was great about this item.. UNTIL. I came to the description to see that it was supposed to come with a mattress. Disappointed to say that mine never came with a mattress.. I didn’t even realize until I was trying to find dimensions on what kind of mattress this bassinet needed.

Easy to set up. My two little sister (10 and 14 set it up for me). It is spacious and easy to move with the wheel.

I purchased this as a baby shower gift. My nephew and niece loved it.
