Great sound in CS2.
I was buy it listen lossless music. They are loud enough especially with DAC. Unfortunately I couldnt enjoy music. The bass is almost absent. But when I tried it play games. It is beast. I could hear every single low sound. CS2 I start listen every move of players. Micro has clear sound but very low sensivity. You should speak to micto very close.

Good sound and comfortable
Good sound etc, not the most discreet or attractive headphones but find them very comfortable and the sound quality more than makes up for that, I'm very pleased with them

Amazing sound for PS5 and PC gaming
Amazing sound for gaming on PSF and PC, mine had a solder break on the joint of the cable to the plug at the earpiece but I have the tools to fix it and the manufacturer sent me a refund to cover replacement cable if I need it.

Great surprise
I’ve been using these IEMs for a while now, and they’re honestly awesome for both music and gaming. The sound quality is super clear — you get crisp highs, punchy bass, and really good detail across the board. For music, everything sounds rich and balanced, and for gaming, the imaging and positional audio make it easy to pick up where sounds are coming from. They’re comfortable enough for long sessions too.

Quality IEMs
I'm no audiophile, and sound quality is subjective, even between people better qualified to comment. There's just too many variables to consider, and I have zero idea about all the jargon. I just want IEMs to match the type of music I like, and for me, these lacked the bass I was hoping for, even with foam tips. The tuning function didn't make much difference either. If you prefer treble, mids and vocals, the sound quality is good with good tonal separation, and in that respect they work well and you'll enjoy them. The tuner switches make the buds wider compared to those without, so they protrude from the ear slightly. That said, I wore them comfortably for about 3 hours, and the buds didn't fall out. I also wear glasses and had no problem with the over-ear loops. Noise cancelling works well at home, but nothing louder, e.g. a car passenger. One thing worth mentioning is the cable. Don't expect anything more than the functional, bare minimum. I would thoroughly recommend upgrading for more durability and better sound quality. Unfortunately, these come with a hefty price-tag, so I wouldn't bother the buds under the £50 mark - it doesn't make economic sense. Overall, though, these are good quality IEMs, but they just weren't for me. If you're not into bass-heavy music, these will work well for you.

Disappointing
Wow, extremely disappointing. Sound clarity is subpar, build quality feels average at best and cheap at worst. The cable is pretty poor but not a deal breaker for me and the eartips are pretty average. The high end sounds GOOD on these to me, vocals are clear enough and this is the only reason these earphones receive 2 stars instead of 1. The mid range sounds extremely muddy, lacks depth and is distracting for any mid heavy music/mix. The bass is OK but lacks any punch even when eq'd although it is "clear" and doesn't muddy when louder. Unfortunately I'll be returning these and looking for something else, I was planning on using these for gaming but they need to sound good with music first and foremost for me.

I concur these are tuned slightly less bass than with the original. Having said that I believe these do bring a modest improvement that is worth the $20, given its remarkable manual tuning features, previously restricted to a handful of $2000+ iems. These are just fantastic. I purchased both plus the 5BA version, and consider these the best, though cheaper than the 5ABs. It all comes down to the tuning and these are genuinely tuned beautifully. My prior issue with this company was that I thought they felt cheap and didn’t sound great (earlier KZs). That was my opinion, and certainly not shared my many buyers. Anyway, regardless I am so impressed by these iems. From construction, appearance and sound, as well as features, they have entirely been a triumph. They made modest though in many ways major upgrades, and we consumers can experience them for $50 or $70? That is nuts. This company is killing it. I was a guy who would drop $1800+ on iems, but the fact is this is 90% as good. So there will be no more expensive purchases by me. On the Bluetooth front; HiFi Man is delivering, as they have for the over-ears.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Sound Quality for the Price – Small Comfort Issues I recently bought the KZ ZS10 Pro 2 hybrid IEMs, and honestly the sound quality completely exceeded my expectations. These are easily some of the best wired earbuds I’ve used in this price range. I mainly use them with my PlayStation controller for gaming and occasionally with my phone, and the overall audio experience is fantastic. Here’s my honest breakdown after using them for a few days. ⸻ Pros Excellent Sound Quality The hybrid driver setup really delivers. You get deep bass, very clear mids, and crisp highs. Music sounds detailed and well separated. You can clearly hear instruments and layers in songs. Amazing for Gaming When plugged into the PlayStation controller, the immersion is excellent. You can hear footsteps, environmental sounds, and direction cues very clearly. Great for competitive or story-driven games. Very Detailed and Balanced Audio The sound feels wide and spacious compared to normal earbuds. Nothing feels muddy or compressed. Premium Look and Build The metal faceplate and transparent shell look great and feel solid. They look much more expensive than they actually are. 4-Level Tuning Switch (Built-in Equalizer) One of the coolest features is the tuning switches on the side. You can adjust the sound signature slightly depending on your preference (more bass, balanced sound, etc.). Detachable Cable The cable can be replaced, which is great for durability and upgrades. ⸻ Cons Cable Length Is Short The included cable feels a bit short. If you’re using a phone and keeping it in your pocket, it can feel slightly tight. A slightly longer cable would have made this perfect. Stock Silicone Ear Tips Are Hard to Install The replacement silicone ear tips included in the box (small, medium, large) are extremely difficult to put on. The hole opening is very tight and doesn’t easily fit onto the nozzle. I spent almost 45 minutes trying to install them and still struggled. Memory Foam Tips Become Uncomfortable After Long Use The memory foam tips that come installed work fine initially, but after about 40–45 minutes of use, they start causing some pressure in the ears. You may want to buy aftermarket tips for longer listening sessions. ⸻ Overall Experience Despite the small issues with ear tips and cable length, the sound quality alone makes these absolutely worth it. For the price, the audio performance is honestly incredible. Whether you’re listening to music, podcasts, or gaming, these deliver an immersive and detailed experience. If comfort accessories were slightly better, these would easily be perfect. ⸻ ⭐ Final Rating: 5/5 for sound quality, 4/5 for comfort Highly recommended if you’re looking for high-quality wired IEMs for gaming, music, or daily use.
