Good bottle
Great bottle with good looks The color and size is also okaish The water holds its temperature for 6-8hrs. Note: If you use sipper cap the sipper might stick and it will be harder for you to sip. You need to detach the straw and unstick it manually

The product meets all expectations as per the description. Maintenance the heat for minimum 5hrs. Body retains heat while the lids fail to do so. NOTE: AVOID USING STEAMING HOT WATER. When you open the sipper the steaming hot water gets sprayed leaving your skin burnt. True Story!!! This doesn't mean the product is bad, but it was physics in action.

lovely bottle
It was good , sturdy , beautiful color , the straw , the caps , the bottle all came in perfect shape but the silicon of the sipper cap is filled with these dust sorta things that I am not able to get out. Which kinda bummed me out and to drink the other out of it is a bit tough but I guess you cud get used to it. It’s easy to use and clean with the cleaning pipe and it’s cute so yeah great

Absolutely unacceptable experience
Absolutely unacceptable experience. The first bottle was used, and the replacement was even worse—leaking, damaged, and had paint inside the bottle. I was out of town when it arrived and now the return window has closed, leaving me stuck with a defective, useless product. Complete waste of money and zero quality control.

Retains temperature (hot or cold) of contents for more than 12-15 hours easily. Very sturdy body as well as top cap and handle.

We received a product in which straw lid straw sipper was damaged, we put a replacement request. Request you to send extra straw sipper. Product is good.
