I’m sorry !!!!! I put a very bad review before , but I have to change my mind , ITS VERY ONE OF THE BEST !! BUT ONE ADVUCE FOR THE COMPANY AND FOR YOU THAT GONNA BUY , BE CAREFUL WHEN IN THE BEGINNING THE MACHINE ASKI YOU TO TOUCH ON THE RIGHT SPOT UN THE SCREEN TO FOX THE TOUCH ITS THIS THE FIRST THING YOU MUST DO OR YOU DONT CENTER THE POINT WHERE YOU TOUCH WITH YOUR PEN ! This printer is easy to start using straight out of the box, and has a simple-to-use menu. The ink cartridge supplied is of reasonable quality and worked better than another ink cartridge of this type I'd tried in the past, however I've found that every now and again the print quality can be streaky depending on the position of the text in the on-screen editor (it took me a number of re-positioning attempts to figure out an ideal on-screen position to avoid streaky printing). The printer is also a little awkward to hold when in use, and would allow for more comfortable & faster usage if it had a handle.

it worked for the first day then it strated to make strike and then it stop working

It is my first time to use pc11 mini plus handheld inkjet printer. When I received this mini handheld printer i was very happy specially when i test its function and printing performance. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The printing was very clear and the ink is really quick-drying depended on darkness level which have 1 to 9 level . The printer it self very light wieght avarage 175 grams & ink cartridge 110 grams and total 285 grams. touch screen very sensetive for pen and its small for use your finger and the display screen have all required data and function to edit and create files and save it inside the printer itself. Ink was fast dry with 5 to 10 second you shoud Remember to cover the ink cartridge when not in use. It can be printed on many different materials, like cardboard, wood, Metal Pipes, plastic and so much more. I like the most of this mini plus handheld inkjet printer has a variable data function , you can use it direct without external application and 25 language but i usually use English and arabic but arabic lunguage write separate capitals like English i hope from phezer to repair that during company update ,mini plus printer is very convenient for me to print variable content. Overall excellent product i hope the company to add small printing plate with the box . i will update the preformance test soon as possible.

When I had issues with my printer that I bought a long while ago, I was pretty frustrated, but Phezer's customer service team was fantastic. They were patient, polite, and genuinely cared about helping me. Every question was answered quickly, and they guided me step by step-even with my videos in another language. I never felt rushed or ignored. Their positive attitude and support truly deserve five stars!

Was great at first but stopped working after 5 months. This is the second one I buy and the same issue.
