Hero bread is simply the bomb. I love it in all its forms. Loaf, h b and h d buns, tortillas, dinner rolls, bagels, and now biscuits. It’s delicious, healthy and HIGH fiber. A win win for sure.

This is a quality low carb bread. It is delicious! I love the Bagels and Dinner rolls. They have Burger Buns, Hot Dog Buns and my favorite....Tortilla Wraps! Can be very pricey, especially on their brand website. They are less expensive on Amazon but you pay less at quality grocery stores like Wegman's, Sprouts, etc. Well worth the money for a delicious 0g net carb bread!!!

So happy these bread does not contain bad oils , hero uses healthy olive oil and that is what the keto community look for so thank you hero you guys are really my hero! Flavor is perfect. Texture excellent. Did not test glucose yet but I will . My glucose 25 minutes after eating one bun with sausage egg and cheese was 126. Update I have ordered twice more but never received my orders from this vendor and I was charged . 2nd update : vendor sent me again my bread and my glucose had no spike at all . I had tried another brand of health buns but definitely this Hero is way better tasting and better texture .

The Hero, Net Low Carb burger buns are the best tasting low-Carb buns that I have tried. They are delivered fresh and I freeze them to make sure they last. If money is no object, I highly recommend these and the Hot Dog Buns. However, I usually cannot afford to pay the $10-$12 per loaf , plus shipping if you don't buy $50 dollars worth of the products, the minimum for free shipping. Fifty dollars is kind of arbitrary, in that they only sell in bundles of 3, which is either $30-$36, not free shipping, or $60-$72 dollars. You cannot buy 5 packages, it's either 3, or 6. The 1gm-Net Carb per bun is very good if you're serious about Low Carb. Because of the pricing I have found alternative Low-Carb/Keto Buns which are less expensive by $2-$5, but not as tasty.

So they do taste a bit different (not bad, just different) from a "normal" hamburger bun, but if your goal is less bad carbs more protein, this is the way to go. Add some lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and you are eating healthier food without even noticing it.

Obsessed is an understatement. Perfect for weekend dinners like chicken sandwiches, turkey burgers and even breakfast sandwiches. Tastes great and looks identical to a hamburger bun. Great quality ingredients that help my husband and I hit our protein and carb intake. After eating several of these buns I can confidently say we feel great after eating them! Worth the money in my option so highly recommend.
