Great product, wonderful customer service
My family and I love this product, my dogs enjoyed waking up to ice in their water bowls every morning. Their customer service was really helpful as hell.

Great but loud!
Works fast. Looks clean and matches the aesthetic of my room. Has enough ice for me to use in 4-5 cups at a time. Just had to fill with water and press the button. So very very simple and easy to use. Clean cycle takes only 15 minutes. So far has withstanded my house not staying the same temp at all times and my two year old. Only issue is it is very very loud.

Purchased several and all lasted less than 6 months.

VERY LOUD
When making ice, this machine is VERY LOUD. The ice it makes is nugget shaped but hard. It is the right size for nugget ice though. We've only had it a couple of days so I cannot speak for how long the machine lasts. If sound is an issue, skip this one.
