A solid unit and improvement over the original lock. Interested in the battery pack as it can get through batteries. Whilst showing high % on my particular install the lock is a bit tight so the battery needs to be really good and full. After about 70% they are working but might not lock properly. This is due to my door and lock though being quite tight. Integrates well with Home Assistant and the main app is also very good. I like the peace of mind and the instant alerts through the app. If the lock is not used or door is open. Or if the lock doesn’t work. The keypad set up is really good too with the fingerprint scanning.

This was a great piece of kit, easy to install and great for to my old house and was great value for money in comparison to other product out there. Unfortunately it did not fit my door at my new home but would highly recommend to anyone looking to turn their door smart.

First time using a SwitchBot device, moving from the Yale brand of smart locks. The device is somewhat bulky, where it does fit on my lock I feel the well that the lock fits on to (grub screw) could be a little deeper. Otherwise it does fit just looks somewhat out of place as it does not fit flush to the lock body. It was easy to install took 3 minutes at most. Due to the lock depth issue it does feel a little flimsy. The hub though is where my frustrations begin , it does not support WiFi 7 in any capacity as such I had to disable this on my router falling back to WiFi 6 meaning in order to use this device I have to sacrifice my network speeds. The lock itself responds quickly when pressing the button and the auto lock feature works well. My only annoyance is the nfc tags (brought separately ) when scanned do not automatically unlock or lock the door, you have to interact with the notification that then opens the app and then unlocks the door. If this could be overcome and I could just scan the nfc tag and then then the lock opened without further interaction on my phone that would be great.

The lock feels really sturdy, 2 small boys have tested removing it from the door and it hasn't moved an inch. The locking mechanism is quite quick and the integration with the Home App was flawless using matter. The installation was super easy and took around 15 min, all the steps were very clear on the manual and the adapters worked perfect. Price wise was also very competitive compared to other smart locks.

Reliable door lock. The matter integration works great. I wish the door closure detection is more reliable, and the motor can be quieter.

Glitches, don't stay on door

Found this difficult to fit and lock and probably wouldn't want to do this again. I think in the future a simple key in a lock is the best way to go.

I've been using this for several weeks and it is amazing. I have it set up on Alexa to lock, and use the app to unlock when I get home. It fits extremely well in my smart home setup. It was mostly easy to install, the only trouble being my sausage fingers trying to install the tiny (I mean TINY) set screws with the allen wrench. The ball end of the wrench doesn't lock in and I had to use needle nose pliers to hold it in place while trying to get the threads started. Took 20 more minutes due to losing the set screws every time I dropped them. Once installed, it has been a flawless pleasure to have. It looks great and connects fantastic from my hub mini install location, about 15 feet away.

Esta cerradura cumple perfectamente mis expectativas y ya es la segunda bueno tercera que compro porque tuve que devolver la primera porque se averio la apertura del pestillo y en la devolución Amazon de diez como siempre. Antes había comprado una Yale Linux dos, y la devolví porque sufría continuas desconexiones tanto en bluetooth como en wifi y por ejemplo el autoonlock lo hacía o pronto o tarde y a veces no y la apertura de la puerta con el imán lo marcaba cuando abría bastante. Bueno pues esta switchbot la apertura con el imán la marca perfecta en cuanto desbloquea el pestillo y abre unos milímetros la puerta ya la marca como abierta y si cierras ya cierra lo hace perfecto, así que si por lo que sea se desbloquea sola o por error te va a marcar la alarma siempre. Por otro lado lo que yo creía que era empeorar que es tener el hub por separado para el Wi-Fi al final va a ser mejor puesto que consume muy poca pila la cerradura y además en una de ellas he cogido el pack de baterías recargables que viene que también funcionan estupendamente. Sí que es una cerradura más tosca un poco grande y un poquito más de ruido (muy poco) que no llega a ser molesto para nada comparada con la Yale, pero la verdad que no me molesta nada y más viendo que funciona estupendamente. Por otro lado lo único que le faltaba que es el autounlook lo han implementado hace unas 3,4 semanas en la última actualización y aunque lo he probado poco puesto que he estado una semana y pico con la devolución lo probé dos veces con la anterior y lo hizo muy bien aunque está en fase beta. Con esta nueva ya lo iré probando, así que es una cerradura que en principio lo tiene todo y le pueden faltar alguna configuración que tienen las otras conocidas pero con la que tiene para mí vale de sobra , como por ejemplo en el autum look te deja cambiar el radio de acción desde 100 metros en adelante que la Yale solo te dejaba 200 fijos, y en principio no hecho en falta nada puesto que las alarmas las puedes configurar más o menos a gusto. Ah y se me olvidaba que tiene botón de un solo toque para abrir y cerrar (que también lo puedes hacer a mano) ,cosa que la Yale había que hacerlo a mano, por eso digo que para mí es completa.

In ambito di sicurezza domestica, ho da poco fatto un upgrade alla serratura della porta blindata, mettendo all'esterno per protezione del cilindro un defender di tipo magnetico. Ora la "scomodità" di dover aprire prima la parte magnetica e poi la parte meccanica prima di poter chiudere o aprire la porta mi ha fatto pensare ad una soluzione "Smart" optando per questo modello di "chiave automatica". Viste tutte le recensioni sia di questo che di altre marche, ho scelto la via dell'ottimo compromesso qualità/prezzo. L'utilizzo, il montaggio e la funzionalità sono veramente disarmanti in senso positivo, in quanto decisamente intuitivo e semplice. Le molteplici situazioni di porte/cilindri sono facilmente affrontabili con l'ottima dotazione di accessori forniti. Per completezza voglio dire che avendo una porta blindata dotata di serratura a doppio cilindro, ho montato inizialmente la LockPro in posizione verticale come da istruzioni, ma per facilitare accesso e movimentazione al cilindro di servizio, ho poi rimontato il tutto in orizzontale e funziona ugualmente molto bene. Una piccola nota riguarda il magnete in dotazione per conoscere lo stato aperto/chiuso della porta, che purtroppo nella mia situazione (nel primo montaggio verticale) non è stato possibile montare vista la distanza tra la LockPro ed il montante fisso del telaio. A questo ho ovviato semplicemente inserendo anche uno SwitchBot Sensore di contatto. Il dialogo tra tutti gli accessori SwitchBot con l'Hub mini in dotazione al kit avviene con tecnologia BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) che rende particolarmente durevoli le batterie. Per gli amanti della SmartHome, la SwitchBot è integrabile anche in HomeAssistant oltre che nelle altre applicazioni più conosciue nella Domotica, come indicato nella descrizione. Prodotto decisamente consigliato.

Mittlerweile über ein Jahr im Einsatz, schnelle und einfache Montage, war in 10 Minuten installiert. Wesentlicher Vorteil, das System funktioniert mit vielen gängigen Schließzylindern, da unterschiedliche Montageadapter beigelegt sind. In Verbindung mit dem Switchhub Mini auch über die Ferne steuerbar. Die Einbindung uns WLAN und die Verknüpfung mit der APP ist sehr einfach. Der Status des Türe, ob entsperrt ist und auch ob die Türe geöffnet ist, wird in der APP angezeigt, funktioniert auch optimal mit der Push Benachrichtigung. Auch wenn die Batterie schwach wird, erfolgt rechtzeitig eine Meldung an die APP. Genial auch, dass man das Ganze über Alexa steuern kann und somit die Smart Lock auch in die Hausautomatisierung einbinden kann. Die Möglichkeiten daraus sind sehr vielfältig. Habe mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, weil der Preis in Ordnung war. Würde es jederzeit wieder bestellen, mittlerweile auch im Bekanntenkreis im Einsatz aufgrund der Zufriedenheit.

J’ai une cylindre vachette syncro. Tout est compatible sauf la longueur de clé donc j’ai coupé une partie de la clé et ça marche parfaitement. Le fonctionnement est super!
