Realistic Axe Prop

I bought this to use as a stage prop. It looks great from an audience distance and was sturdy enough to use in a mechanical/animated contraption with some holes drilled in it. Not terribly convincing up close but that wasn't my use case. Nicely painted.

Very well made. It is plastic, but the head of the blade is screwed on to the handle, so it's not going anywhere. The weight is great. Itmakes you want to swing it every time you pick it up.Looks like image.

Great halloween prop, nicely made, I am happy with the toy.

Prouct was very realistic looking, and worked wonderfully for a Zombie Lumberjack. Only poor thing was the barcode black numbers printed on the actually blade part. It was super noticeable but easily covered with some fake blood.

It really looks real! My Son rocked Halloween with this ax. Great product and excellent price!

did not look realistic at all

"Realistic" is a strong word for this prop as it is. The paint job is pretty janky and not terribly convincing. But the cast is pretty great. I went in and sanded down the seams on the axe head, and re-painted the whole thing to look a little more convincing. Used this for a "Little Red Riding Hood: Werewolf Hunter" (not a real reference to anything) and it was a huge hit! The construction feels sturdy, and I am not worried it will fall apart. It doesn't have much heft to it, which is actually a plus, since carrying around heavy props is not somthing I love doing. Overall, pretty decent prop.

Perfect Halloween costume prop. I went as a “sexy lumberjack” this was just what I needed to complete my costume.
