I add coconut oil to make the melt goes quickly with bain Marie ( underneath the bowl with hot water) don't put in microwave it will spoilt the chocolate. Use for my raw brownies topping.

I was looking for chocolate chips for a dairy free recipe and these do not disappoint. They taste great and although are quite large, can be chopped up.

Good value for money, very tasty, have lasted for ages and that's will using them for baking and as a snack.

It may have been fine when it was put in whatever warehouse this was stored in, but upon arrival it had clearly melted and solidified again into a congealed solid single 'bar' totally useless for its intended baking purposes. Apparently it is not eligible for return. I guess I'll know better next time.
