We love this!! It keeps us from always tossing things into dryer for 10 minutes to have wrinkle free re-touch. It has good power, taking out wrinkles pretty quickly (and we’ve had a few different kinds over time that were not nearly this quick and easy). Not extremely heavy and you’re able to do several items at one time without being able to do only one and then be tired for taking so long. Easy to use. You do have to refill the little tank, but it is lightweight so that was a trade off. Probably fill up with each item but it heats quickly. No leakage and a very good value for the money.

This is an impressive little steamer, however this is not meant for travel use. It's too big. In home use only in my opinion. Quick to heat up, easy to use, great results. I used on a light weight sweater a 2 blouses. Haven't tried it yet on other garments or home decor.

This is my 2nd time owning a steamer.My first one I purchased. Was an upright Rowenta steamer. I purchased it back in 2012 on QVC. I loved it. (Rowenta will know which older model, sold on Qvc I'm referring to)Until last month it worked flawlessly. Then it simply stopped heating up & streaming. (I still have the upright one as I can hang clothes on it and steam them with the new steamer)I almost purchased a different brand this time. Until I saw this handheld Rowenta steamer. Since I had a good decade with owning a Rowenta. I went ahead and bought this handheld.Granted, it's not light. Especially for those with arthritis. And the water tank is small.However those 2 negatives are miniscule. Compared how well it's built and the quick steam ironing it does.I immediately took it out and tried it on several tops. Some whilst hanging on the old Rowenta and some on the ironing board.And I'm impressed!! Doesn't leave your clothes damp and gets the wrinkles out, fast.I'm very glad I found Rowenta products on Amazon.I hope this steamer, gets me through another decade!

[TLDR;] Does the job! As others have mentioned, it's a little clunky. Overall, recommend.Tested it out on some thick old curtains that have been wrinkly since the day I put them up (2 years ago - don't judge). I used "super high" mode after the other modes didn't seem to be strong enough, or at least not for my patience level. The water lasted about 9 minutes on that mode and it was enough time to de-wrinkle the curtain (see the before and after pics - ignore the discoloration at the bottom, this is from the curtain being propped up on my air conditioner all summer and getting sun-bleached).You can hit the trigger twice to hold it in the "on" position rather than squeezing the whole time. That's a nice feature, but it's also pretty easy to accidentally hit it a third time while using it, which deactivates the feature. So, I had to restart the machine several times. Not a big deal, it just involves hitting the trigger twice again. But to make it less wonky, they should have put some kind of barrier between the handle and the trigger to prevent this. Or a more ergonomic / grippy handle.The water is easy to fill, once the tank is removed. Removing the tank is a little clunky. They should have a pull tab or something, would help out a lot. That said, the machine is designed to use regular tap water - not distilled. Good, because seriously who has the energy to deal with that nonsense. You just clean the mineral build-up in the machine out by running it a with half water and half white vinegar, then again with only water. Easy peazy.

I’m very happy with this purchase. It works really well and steams my clothes and curtains nicely. It’s very portable and very easy to use. And very sturdy. Would recommend it to friends and family. The one draw back is I wish it held more water. But it’s not a deal breaker. I love it.

High quality, sturdy product. Steams about 4-5 garments per water tank fill. Very effective in wrinkle elimination and no water/leak drips! Waaaaay better than the highly rated conair one I had before!

Thankfully, Amazon has the "Last purchased <Date>" feature, because I can see that I bought this exactly a year ago. For a year, this steamer was the go-to steamer. Absolutely erased all wrinkles within seconds. I've gone through many steamers, and this one was the best at removing wrinkles. The only unfortunate thing is that mine lasted exactly 1 year before it started leaking from the bottom of the steamer. Would I buy this again? Absolutely. It is the best steamer I've ever used, full stop. Just a shame it didn't last as long as I wished it would.

The good: it heats up very quickly, and can deliver a huge amount of steam on its highest setting. I can hang a row of shirts on a laundry rack and run through them all in a very short time. Since it is so quick and easy, I'm more willing to use it, so my wardrobe overall looks much better these days.Steaming is much more effective than ironing for soft, draping fabrics--casual shirts, for example--that would not look right if flattened by a traditional iron. Since it works horizontally as well as vertically it is the best of both worlds--I can steam a pair of slacks upright to quickly de-wrinkle, then lay them out and press in a quick crease on the legs.The not-so-hot considerations for me? the water tank is a bit small if I'm steaming a lot of items at once. Removing the tank to refill is a little awkward, and requires caution when the steam vent is still hot. My other negative, strictly a personal opinion, is that the unit can feel heavy when doing a lot of steaming at one time. My go-to now is to double click the trigger so that the unit delivers constant steam, then I can use both hands to control the steamer and manipulate the clothes I'm steaming at the same time. Ironically if the water tank were larger the weight would be heavier, so there's no perfect solution for me.In summary I would absolutely buy this again.

The device is 110V and not compatible with the 220V power in the UAE. I purchased it from Amazon UAE and expected it to match local standards. I’d like to return it. Thanks.

Wish I could give this a minus score. Have had this item assessed by two reputable electricians who both reported it to be dangerous and a fire hazard. Item is gauged for the USA and not UK market as they are both different wattage. DO NOT BUY
