Using these packets have helped me with my water intake. I absolutely cannot stand to drink water so using these have really helped. I'm getting my water intake in now, and I know its not the same as drinking plain water, but it's at least improvement. I love these flavors.

If you're like me and don't like to drink water, these packets taste great and contain zero sugar. I pour half a packet in my 40 oz Stanley and and this has helped me increase my water intake.
