How long did you have until the product expired from the time you purchased it? I am concerned I might not use 12 boxes very quickly.

I am always about expiration dates. For me it is expired the day before what they have. For uncooked noodles there good for a while. I bought mine Feb. 2014 and still have 5 boxes. The exp date on my boxes say july 2016. Hope this helps:)
