Produces a very cool crust, I didn’t even know my coffee should have a crust 😊. This is a lovely flavour. It’s not quite as dark as I’d want it to be. But its very hard to get a good dark roast that still has the fuller flavour of a medium roast. This does come pretty close though. As you add more to top out the strength It then slips in to caramel notes. I prefer not to go that far and add a little of a darker roast that has less flavour to the pot, 😊. But if you like caramel you’ll like it a little stronger, add more etc 😊. Great coffee. Honestly 😊. but you really do have to get the water as hot as you can, just before boiling 😊.
