Funny thing- I LOVE this product, but had a couple of crappy shipping issues, so I almost wrote them off- UNTIL, the actual company stepped in. They blew me away, even more than the actual product! I'm a health coach and I know my ingredients- I geek out on this kind of stuff, so I'm a little obsessive when I finally find something that's high quality, especially when it's priced well. I've done the research for you guys- this stuff is a win! I haven't tried anything else this company makes yet, but you can bet that I'm about to! This particular duo though, has fantastic stuff in it. I have awesome, focused energy all day and then I sleep deeply at night. I've started giving these to my teenagers and they've started ASKING for it, if that tells you anything! 😆 Confession time- I actually wrote a bad review a few weeks ago. I was clear that I loved the product, but that I had issues with Amazon messing up the shipping a few times! I was pretty over this and didn't hide my irritation. The company emailed me directly, offering to immediately reimburse me AND they sent me FREE product because I had been clear about loving it. They wanted to ensure they made it right, for every time I had an issue! That's insane- nobody does that anymore! I'm pretty blown away here, but mostly, I have wasted so much time and money trying to find good products for me and my family, that I'm hoping to save a lot of you from the same!

I'd always been curious about nootropics after hearing about them on the Huberman Lab podcast. Finally deciding to give them a try, I started using the focus and calm supplement combination a week ago. The results have been incredible! Throughout the day, I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels. This newfound energy allows me to stay laser-focused while working, and I even have the stamina to power through a workout routine afterwards without feeling drained. Sleep has also been a challenge for me in the past, with difficulty falling asleep before 11 pm being a regular occurrence. However, the calming aspect of the supplement seems to be working wonders. I'm now falling asleep much easier and getting higher quality sleep for a longer duration. Overall, I'm very happy with the effects of this supplement combination. It's truly a game-changer for my focus, energy, and sleep, and I haven't found anything else on the market that delivers such well-rounded benefits.

Unfortunately, the ELMNT Total Focus a.m. and Total Calm p.m. pills did nothing for me. The only good thing about the product is that it provides two bottles for easy identification of the correct pill/dose at the right time. Nothing else. I did not experience a boost in focus or energy, nor better sleep, but quite the contrary: I did not sleep, at all. Total bust. UPDATE: I increased the stars in rating to highlight that this company has an amazing customer service. Stephan made things right and, on top of that, reached out to me offer a different product -stronger- to try free of charge. He was kind in -among other things- addressing the simple fact that not all bodies are alike, and I get that; I agree. Great customer service with honest policies and a genuine desire to help a customer find the right solution to their problem is very hard to come by. So, because ELMNT has this outstanding, honest customer service, I recommend buying from them; it deserves to be in business. A+

Neither of these pills did a thing for me. I started to fall asleep 45 min after taking the energy one and had the opposite affect when I tried the blue one, I tossed and turned all night and I couldn't get my mind to shut down. The yellow ones smell like polyurethane pool toys and the blue just smells like petroleum based chemicals. Save your money or better yet spend more of it for something that actually works.

For whatever reason, I only received the PM Total Calm. I've been using for about a week, and I really don't notice any change in my evening mood. I try to take them in the early evening, thinking it might take some time for them to take effect, but I still feel like a busy body. However, I can say that I have been able to sleep through the night better, without the mid-night wake up to think of something random. So for that, they might be worth it.

They do what they promise to do… a little too well I might add. I took two of the total focus at 6am with my usual adderall and it’s 7:45 pm and I still haven’t come down off of them. I took sublingual magnesium & two of the total calm and ashwagandha tea & it’s making me feel mellow and I’m able to wind down for the evening. I would suggest if you’re a newbie to nootropics like I am try taking one capsule of the Focus instead of two. I’m only doing that going forward because although I was focused and actually accessed part of my brain that i thought adhd & menopause forever censored as far as recall & not struggling for words and adjectives and could hold a conversation without sputtering out sentence fragments the whole time.. I have yet to ‘crash’ like I normally do by the time I leave work & I realize that the dosage was too much this morning.. but all in all i definitely recommend.

My husband used the AM side and I used the PM side as it's harder for me to fall asleep than him, and harder for him to stay awake lol this product basically keeps you alert during the day. I feel like this is a substitute for coffee and acts as such, without jitters. A latte usually has around 240 mg of caffeine which is just way too much and can be overwhelming. This product has about 150mg As far as sleep goes it will help you stay asleep during the night. My issue was more to stay asleep than to fall asleep. This product has natural herbs such as ashwagandha to help you relax. The capsules are smooth for swallowing, there's no taste or smell really. I like the quality of this product and i will continue using for now
