I have been using these for a few weeks now and I have been very pleased with them. I used them first to keep some beer cold by lining the bottom of a cooler. They worked great for that use. Primarily I enjoy having them around in case the power goes out, as I feel strongly these will work well in my Yeti to keep meat cold for a while. The molds are very easy to clean and reuse. The only thing is make sure you don't have to travel too far to the freezer as they can spill easily when transporting.

I like the size of the block this makes for use in the little camper fridge, for putting into the dog's dish, small coolers and, this inferno of a summer, for putting into the bird bath. One hint: the mold fits perfectly into a meat-loaf dish, which keeps it from buckling as you load the water-filled mold into the freezer.

We use these in our little ice baths tub we sometimes set up in the backyard. We have eight and that seems to do the trick. They are easy to fill up and remove, just need some space in that freezer.
